Dont waste your time with this non-repair shop. They are only after your $25. deposit. The dummies never heard of a credit card charge back so use it. Do not give this shop your hard earned cash.

Took my leaf blower to Marios and paid 25 dollars up front for a diagnose a week went by and I called him to check up on it he had not even touched it within two hours the yung lady calls me and tells me the blower is ready. Wants an additional 47 dollars and tries to convince me they replaced hoses that I had already replaced. Mario comes in and with an attitude tells me hes going to put my old parts back and not to come back to his shop. Basically poor customer service he got mad because I called his workers out on a lie. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP

I went to Marios Lawn Mower repair and I just wanted him to fix the cable and he told me that all this other stuff was wrong with my lawn mower, and said he cant fix it but charged me,$25.00. Exact same thing that happened to another person on these reviews. I had my name written on my mower in sharpie now its not there, The serial number sticker looks freshly removed and now my mower wont start at all. All I needed was a new cable, new filter, and a new spark plug cuz I dropped mine and broke it. I loved my mower now its garbage. They offered no solution and had nothing to say when I said I only needed the cable fixed. Im very upset I had the best Honda mower now Im gonna throw it over the bridge! Thanks Mario u owe me $25 and s new Honda mower. Family owned business shouldnt let people leave with no solution or replacement mower.

I was so impressed with this placed. I called them and the person who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She told me to come in the next day. I brought it in around 11is am and while I waited they sharpened my blade, tightened the blade, changed the oil filter and oil. After they explained I was doing something wrong, which was causing damage to the machine. All this and only $20.00. So impressed and will definitely go again! Great job guys.

Dont go to this place. If they cant fix your machine you wont get your deposit back.I was told 2 weeks to fix my chainsaw. 3 months pass by and was told they couldnt fix it. The least they could of done was gave me my deposit back.No son buenos.

Friendly customer service with extremely affordable pricing and fast turn-around times. I couldnt locate a lawn mower service/repair shop near my area in Eastlake so I hit up Google Maps and chose this location since many others I came across had bad reviews.I had my mower blade sharpened for less the $10 and it was finished in about ten minutes. In addition, they were able to lubricate the cables and clean the air filter free of charge.Just found my lawn mower shop for life! Give them a try.

In an attempt to politely wanting to keep 6 feet away (the virus social distancing) I was told I dont care about that. The sales boy then told me to get it fixed some place else. I agree...FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Small family owned business, excellent customer service, fair prices, and good work. Cant fix craftsman items due to the inability to procure parts for some reason.
