Staff here are very rude I was on hold for 20 minutes after being hung up on twice I thought someone was finally helping me by the third time I called but then i was hung up on yet again. They are lucky the only reason they have a job is because people and companies are forced to use this shitty lame excuse of a DME company. Far better companies out there!

Lindy is Fantastic! She was patient and solution oriented in coordinating my mothers delivery. Such a great employee speaks volumes about the company.

This place is amazing. Tracey and her assistant Nikki are both incredibly helpful and very responsive on the phone, and were able to answer all of my wifes questions.Tracey really knows what shes doing when it comes to wheelchairs, and it was really great that the exact wheelchair and duringf that she knew she needed was exactly what she had recommended for her.Tracey is pleasent and knowledgable. Highly recommended.Oh, and they called the insurance company for us and handled that too.

Friendly staff. Got my walker quickly and was in and out in no time.

Their location changed and they never bothered to tell it to the customers.

On 17 Aug 2018 11;47 am, the gentleman answering the phone is SUPER RUDE !!!! No customer service skills, Talked to this guy four times already, not once did he speak kindly. BAD IMPRESSION FOR YOUR COMPANY !!!
