Rented a van from them it was not wash or cleaned inside. Covid protocol was not followed Took my elderly Dad on a trip makes him very high . Had to disinfect the van myself. Only offers $25 discount. Never again renting from them.!!

The van we received had lots off issues:The drivers seatbelt didnt work properly. The latch never locked so the seatbelt stayed loose.The doors were not automatic. When you opened them you could see the broken belts that made the doors automatic.The door on the drivers side would not stay open and closed on you when latching the chair or when trying to get in & out. It is a heavy door & hurt when it closed on you. We had children so we had to hold the door to get them in & out so they didnt get hurt. The doors made it very difficult to get in and out, and the ramp was hard for me to pull down & up.I would not be able to use that particular van by myself because the doors did not work properly and the ramp was difficult to let up & down for a person with mobility issues.I have rented from Wheelers all across the country but never had a van in this condition.

Very easy van rental. Valet brought the van right to us. Just had to send pictures then we were on our way.

Poor communication on van pick up, no information on what van we were supposed to pick up and did not answer the number that was sent in the text when we arrived after hours.Wouldnt recommend them and certainly wont use them in the future.
