Ranier and his staff are great. We have an extremely complicated A/v system, with many receivers, old wiring, new wiring in a very large home and his guys came thru and got all of the equipment updated and operating as they should. They took care of all of the countless phone calls, hours setting up each receiver, helping to minimize downtime, ET. I will always think of them first now any time i have issues with Direct TV.

After spending another hour on the phone with TW and not getting anything accomplished I finally decided to switch to Satellite. After reading some of the posts on this board I decided to look for a local dealer near me on the Directv website. I found a company in Poway, Synchronized Home Solutions and gave them a call.They came to my home went over everything, gave me some options on where the satellite could be mounted and I decided to go with them. I was worried about the satellite being visible from the street or by backyard but the SHS guys tucked it away in a corner behind some bushes where it cant be seen. I did not pay anything up front got installed the next day and they even hung my new flat screen for me. The owner gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him before I call Directv’s 800 number if I even has any questions or issues!Could not be more happy with my choice, the genie dvr system is amazing and my son who is away for college can watch my Directv on his computer!
