Those people withdraw $165 from my Visa, for unavailable product. I kept contacting them for 2 to 3 weeks trying to get a Word from them and trying to know Box delivery date!No date and Nothing they have to promise with. I requested a full refund and I m sure i will have the same scenrio till i get my money back.Very Sad to have this Bad expeience.

I wish can give them zero star, these people tricked me and took back their device and never returned my money, their services is horrible, I don’t recommend them at all. I am sure they will be out of business soon.

Terrible customer service, agents are having an attitude, poor and very slow communication with shipping department, they dont acknowledge a mistake from their side, always assume the customer is wrong, lying many times about sending the box, worst customer service experience ever
