There is no one moment that stands out because Kyla did so many little things very well. Kyla was incredibly patient with my need to read every single thing before signing, not feel rushed, consult with others (lawyer, feng shui designer, spiritual guide, contractor) to feel confident in our decisions, and cancel appointments when we realized a property wasnt going to work. She was also very open to pulling in her more senior group members to work their connections and close the deal in our favor. As people moving from out of state, the limited time Kyla spent showing us houses has more than tripled with all the work she has done on our behalf. She has been present for inspectors, decorators and contractors since we cant be there. Kyla presented us with many resources for service providers but did not influence our decisions and respected when we went with different companies. While we have purchased houses before and are familiar with the process, she did a better job than past agents with keeping track of the timeline and letting us know what to do when.
