Wow! I must say I have no idea where to start on this review. I must start off by saying it was a life changing experience in the most amazing way! I met Gabe at my work and when he walked in I knew I had seen him via social media. When I asked him if he was Gabe from Facebook he said yes and we had a conversation. At that moment I had no intention of purchasing a home but he gave me his number and I kept it. A few days later after doing some self searching online I seen a place I wanted to view and Gabe responded right away and took me same day to view the unit. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! COULDN’T BE HAPPIER!! GABE AND HIS TEAM ARE INCREDIBLE!!!Being a first time home seller, I decided to use Gabe Mendez and his team to sell my home for many reasons. The main one being that I am familiar with his extensive network of friends and acquaintances, on and off of his uplifting social media pages. Besides having known him for years and seeing his track record and influence he has over others, I knew there was a large network of people who would see my listing, and sure enough that’s what happened!Gabe’s super professional videographer and photographer made my listing stand out tremendously. I was being seen by 80-120+ people per day organically on Zillow alone and my property was being favorited by a good number of them consistently! Gabe also advertised to thousands of people online! I saw posts of my property getting actual engagement, comments, likes and most importantly shares, from many of his Facebook friends.
