My family members and I, bought several pre-construction units in one of the new developments in downtown San Diego. When the building was finally completed, we had decided not to move to CA. Some members of family had to go out of the country. Some even decided to sell before the building was completed. None of us wanted to use the developer’s realtor. He was useless. Most of realtors I interviewed wanted me to sign an agreement before they could answer simple questions.Mark was different, he answered all my questions even before we signed him up. His knowledge of downtown market, trends, buyer’s habits, other real estate agents, etc. was impressive. As my relatives started asking questions, I have been going back to him. He patiently answered our questions, guided us even during the last stages of the initial closing of the purchasing. He was prompt at returning phone calls and answering emails. Only once I waited over 12 hours for him to reply to my email because he was on the plane to far east. He told me that he would be traveling. He also told me who to get in touch in case of emergency. During this time, he guided us to make the right decisions. He always looked at the big picture and guided us on our decisions during negotiations.He is excellent in communicating with different cultures, out of state and out of country clients.
