Never showed up! I reserved a bounce house for my sons 4th birthday, paid my bill in full, and the bounce house never showed up. I started calling to check on it 3 hours before my party and was assured it was on its way. Our party was ruined, we tried to salvage with games but my son was so disappointed. I did get a prompt refund and apologies, but I really just wanted the bounce house for our party.
