I have to say as a guy I dont normally come to spa places but a handful of times in my life. I was in town with my wife and saw this place driving by. It was a great experience to do as a couple. Highly recommend, super friendly staff.

I was so lucky to find this place! Most nail salons close at 7 and they were nice to let me come in after 7! I had to bring my 3 yr old with me and they were so supportive and understanding with him. I would definitely refer this salon to anyone and everyone! They are so kind and friendly. They welcome you with open arms!

This is a fabulous salon!!! The technicians are so sweet. They do great hair high lights, eye brow waxing, and facials. I recommend any service by them. Very good prices and lots of parking out front. I love this salon and will be back!!

If you think you need to try this place out, think again! Especially if the workers name is Kim!! I cant believe I am even giving this place a star. If it wasnt for their friendly nature and how nice they were to my mom they wouldnt have scored with me at all. I took my 93-year old mother here yesterday to have a mani-pedi. While there, mom decided to treat me too, and against my better judgement we were talked into to having her hair cut by Kim as well, and her eyebrows waxed. The entire time we sat in the chairs we were being up-sold constantly. I said I like my nails squared off not rounded, and I now have rounded finger nails and toe nails. She cut my finger nails and toe nails with a cuticle clipper! My hands and feet soaked so long in water that you cant even tell that I had the dry and calloused skin removal done to my feet. They are still as rough as they were before I arrived there. She drench my mothers back with water as she sat there with a wet shirt, cut her hair while sitting in her wheel chair (not necessary) getting hair all over it, and clearly once she started cutting it was obvious that she couldnt cut hair very well. I saw an electric razor being used, cropping scissors, a razor comb and scissors. Her hair is so uneven, and short that I have to have it corrected by my hair stylist on Saturday. They supposedly waxed her eyebrows and didnt even bother trimming them back. Believe me when I say there are no salon skills in this place. We wasted $111 on services, we were the only ones there for 3 hours. Our nails look like a 10 year old filed them and the polish is all bubbled. What a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kim & Lee are great! Super fast service and really dedicate their time and effort to making your nails look great not to mention they wax eyebrows AMAZING! I also brought my little brother to get his hair cut and highlighted and he loved it too! Definitely coming back

Come support local businesses!!! I had my haircut and eyebrows done by Kim. She is amazing. She takes here time when cutting your hair and wants feedback as she is cutting to assure you are satisfied with your final cut. She very detailed oriented other stylist should mirror her professionalism, great cut and wax job.

I had a wonderful experience, they were intuitive and knew what style I wanted. They considered my facial shape with my hair and they were considerate on fixing whatever I didnt like. Got my eyebrows done naturally as well.

I had a very new nice experience at Luxury salon . Thanh, the salon owner is very nice and take care very well for customers. The price is cheap compare to another salon . Just tell her what exactly style of the hair you want to cut or show her the picture then she will make you satisfied about it . They open 7 days per week so you can just come any day you are available. The parking is huge so it is very convenient for customers. I come to Luxury whenever I need a haircut, pedicure or manicure .Good place, good service and good price .

I got my eyebrows done and they were awesome, I had my eyebrow make up on an I told her to just go with how I had my make up and she seemed to improve them more than my make up! I also really liked how she did my toenails(: I got the #3 spa pedicure and it was dry relaxing (and the leg run smells amazing 😍)

I would not recommend this nail place. They overcharge. Big sign in front of the store $15.99 for a full set. My nails were not good and I will never go back.

Second time to visit this salon for a mani/pedi. Such a great experience, great service and great prices. I look forward to my next pedicure. I highly recommend this salon. Great parking and adjacent to my bank Chase Bank. They also offer haircuts and is very close to SDSU for the students. They offer a student discount on haircuts.

This place is the worse place you will ever set your feet in. If I could I wouldnt give them a star at all. At first I came to the nail salon because it was just down the street from my house. All I wanted was acrylic nails and for them to be a coffin shape and colored nicely. First off the lady that the other employees refer to as the so called manager had me call AT&T for her which is very unprofessional and Im not there to do her any favors I just want to get my nails done. Secondly the manager cuts and shapes my nails really pointy which I did not like. During the whole hour and a half that I was there she had one of the other employees to finish my nails then telling me to help her with her AT&T situation and talk to her family members about it... By the time I was done I couldnt wait to go home... But when I got home I noticed that my nails were smudged because they didnt have the machine to dry your nails and just had me air dry them and then I noticed that some were crooked. I had work the next day so I wasnt able to come back so I decided to go the day after that so they could fix my nails.I come back to the salon and show them my nails and tell them that they are not what I wanted everything was horrible and I was embarrassed to be out in public with them. I also asked for a new set so they could fix where they went wrong. It took half an hour of telling them I wanted a new set that they finally were willing to listen and take of my first set. Since they screwed up my first set I figured I would go even simpler and just having a square shape and color. When they put my acrylics on they didnt clean my nails all the way and left the old nail polish residue and blood from taking off the old set and didnt have me wash my hands. Then at the end the manager kept asking for money since they had to fix my nails that they screwed up on. I still wasnt happy with their services but my nails looked a little better then the first set... Key work is little.. My thumb was still crooked... Few days after that I decided to go to a different salon that my friends rave about called nails by tin and have them fix my nails and have them clean them up better so that you couldnt see the old nail polish residue or blood and fix my thumb so it wouldnt look so crooked. When Tina from nails by tin was sanding down my acrylics to make remove any nail polish she noticed that my nails werent glued on right and that the ladies didnt hold the plastic nail part to my nail long enough because it was lifted and would snap of any day.... Needless to say the next day three broke off... The next day I went to luxury hair and nails and told them that it had only need 5 days and the nails were already breaking off! I asked for my money back because I was I satisfied with their services. The manager told me that their were no refunds. I asked to speak to he owner and have his business card so I can contact him and she told me he was very busy with his family and work and didnt have time to speak with me. She then goes on about how that money was their commission and just wanted me to leave it alone. I left and later that day I called to check in to see if the owner has come by and if not I left my number with one of the employees to leave for him... Which I doubt they gave to him... So I called again later and the manager answered the phone and I asked to speak to the owner and she said he wasnt their so I asked if the manager was and she said their is no manager to run the business and hung up on me... so I called back and she disconnected the phone... So I called again and she didnt answer it... And then a final time I called and she told me I had the wrong number... Which I didnt because I got it off of their website... This is the worst place do not come here dont waste your money. And if the owner reads this he needs to replace his staff.

Horrible pedicure from start to finish!First, the technician removed my toe nail polish with a file instead of using polish remover. Wth?? It wasnt gel polish or shellac...just regular cheap polish.Second, she cut me several times. My toe was cut and bleeding and now Im praying I dont get an infection given the unsanitary conditions. She used previously used files, buffers, and tools on my feet, which I did not notice until I was towards the end of the service. When I asked her if she was using previously used tools on me, she did not answer me, but instead exchanged a concerned look with her co-worker. Then she covered her rolling work station and turned it away from me so I could not see what was in it.She polished my toe nails BEFORE the massage. Needless to say, there was virtually no massage because it is impossible to massage a foot with wet polish. Oh, and did I mention that it looks like my 8 year old painted my nails.Disgusting! Stay away! I am reporting them to the State Board for being unsanitary.

Yesterday i went to this salon to get my pedicure and eyebrows wax for the first time. Do not get fooled by the price, because your gonna end up paying more. I couldnt sleep at all last night due to the pain on my toes. When i woke up this morning i realized i had yellow and red dried stuff on the side of my toes. Due to that its infected, luckly for me i had medicine at home and right now im just waiting for it to get better. Also dont get fool by the good comment because yesterday before leaving the nail technician ask me if i had yelp app and i told her i dont (which i didnt at that time) she basically firced me to downlad it and was on my way from me getting out of my hair and literally stood next to me as i wrote my review and it go to the point where she waited for me to post it. I know im not the first one this happend to, if this happend to you please come forward to raise awarness for future victims.

Incredibly horrible. I was appaled at the service and the result of the whole experience. Super unsanitary too. Shady looking business in the back, a man walked out of a small room paying $100+ dollars and the lady made sure to ensure me that it was a pedicure. My nails look horrible. Everything was just horrible, thats the only word to describe this place (actually theres a lot of words, but ill just stick with HORRIBLE.)

Terrible. I went in for threading and they burned my upper lip so bad. She kept going over my lip with the string for a while and I started to get impatient and said if it was working and instead of saying NO and waxing me instead, she proceeded to keep going and ended up giving me a nasty burn all over my top lip. Their services are terrible In general. Don’t fall for it .

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Very unsanitary, had to repeat myself many times to get the color I wanted, and it turns out to be the worst manicure I have ever had. There was nail polish left over on my hands and I had to ask her to get it off and there is still some on my fingers. DO NOT COME HERE
