I booked an appointment online an hour before I went in and everything went as smooth as it could. I believe my nail techs name was Ann. I asked for a very specific design and she went above and beyond my expectations. More than delivered. I love these!! I’ve had this design before at a different salon but Ann managed to do it even better than before! She was patient and understanding with my indecisiveness hahaha. Would definitely recommend this salon!!!

This is my go to place…make your appointment with Hanna, she is amazing at everything from nails to facial waxing…and she is the sweetest lady, remembers all her clients and picks up conversations right where we left off at the last appointment…

This salon is beautiful and very clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter. I walked in for a pedicure and was taken right away on a Sunday morning. The staff is friendly and takes pride in their work. Their top priority is for you to be satisfied with the level of service and enjoy your time spent here. Will definitely come back!

Wife and I came out to San Diego for our 16th year wedding anniversary. Looked for a random place to get our feet done and iNails came up. No appointment, signed in and took care of us right away! The ladies were very nice and gentle while working on our feet. They even gave us a discount for being 1st time customers. Thats awesome 👌.Thank you ladies of iNails

Everyone was very friendly, and took their time to ensure what style of nails/color I wanted and what was the best for the nails health. Impressed with the care and attention to little details and after doing a step, made sure I was okay with continuing or to fix something that wasnt even. Similar to two people see better than one kind of way. I love that! Definitely recommend for everyone to come here!

The name is wrong on google but they are working to fix that- it is actually called iNails and they were very nice and did a good job on my pedicure. I was overall happy after the Initial name confusion!

My experience here was so enjoyable! Good pricing. The environment was so relaxing, with soft music in the back. I forgot to ask for her name, but the woman who did my nails was very thorough, super kind and delicate! I also liked that she asked me if what she was doing was hurting me. She did great! Better than I had hoped for. I love my nails. And they also have great customer service. The woman in the front was so kind! Wish I could have tipped the woman who did my nails more, but they dont take $100s :/ but I will be back for sure!! Thank you!

I got the best pedicure today! It was a 30 minute wait but it was worth it. Plus Marshalls is right next door. Next time Ill schedule an appointment though.

Ann did such a good job on my French gel manicure! I am confident it’s going to last a long time, and I haven’t been able to say that the last several manis or pedis I’ve gotten. I’ll definitely be back for my next mani - and for the champagne when they’re allowed to serve again!

Both my boyfriend and I got our nails done today! I got a pedi done by Kathy, and she did a mani on my boyfriend. Nikki did my mani, and she suggested getting dip and she was right!! Im very happy with this place, and everyone was so kind and friendly. We will be coming back here!!

This place is new and beautiful inside. New leather chairs, relaxing zen music, and they prefer to do services separately unless you request it at the same time. What a relaxing environment. The staff is so friendly, offering complimentary wine/mimosa/etc. Even tho I had to wait for my person, I sat drinking a mimosa, feet soaking and relaxing. My new favorite nail place :)

The best nail salon in San Diego! They do such a good job and include a complimentary mimosa or glass of wine with your service. Plus the whole place is super clean which you rarely find. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff! 10/10 recommend :) I won’t go anywhere else.

Ive been going here since they opened. The location is ideal for me but my experiences have been so up and down. Ive had wonderful experiences with some and others have been extremely rude. I get my nails done regularly. But I have had to go back on numerous occasions to get things fixed. Chipped gel after only 3 days, rhinestones (which cost extra) fall off within a days, and acrylics just break off in half from using a TV remote. I hate having to go back because they are very rude about fixing. Even after all the issues, I have gone back but I will not be returning. I got a gel manicure and paid $10 extra for rhinestones. After three days a rhinestone fell off and a nail chipped when I was in the shower. I went back to have them just re-touch and they blamed me and said it was my fault.

This place has is literally the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. It’s barely been open and I already love it. The employees are very kind. The overall feel of this place is great. It gives off a friendly relaxing vibe. Really love it, highly recommend it.

I got my nails done here 2 weeks ago, Ive been traveling and working and my nails still look amazing!! I tried dipping for the first time and they did a wonderful job. Just a heads up, they dont do your nails and toes at the same time unless you ask for it :) overall, very happy!

I always get the $33 euro spa pedi and it is worth it! They set a timer to make sure you get every minute of the 10 minute leg/foot massage in addition to all of the other treatments that are included. The only thing Ive ever had to wait for was for my nails to dry to be able to get up

The staff was very friendly and it was clean inside but I got a gel manicure on a Saturday and by Tuesday two of my nails had already chipped and by the next weekend almost all of my nails had polish that had chipped/cracked/peeled off :/ I was hoping it would last at least two weeks and in reality it only lasted a few days
