Had a full set of acrylics done here last week and the polish has come off and has completely came off my thumb nails to the point where it was so easy to peel off.Never have I ever had this happen at any nail salon I’ve been to. I definitely do not recommend coming here.

Everyone was nice but I strongly dislike the way my nails came out I didn’t get what I asked for. They look unprofessional it wasn’t worth the price.

My picture is on their advertising and I Never gave them permission to do so. Everytime Ive asked for it to be removed, Im told they dont know how.The least they can do is give me free services for my picture. If not, take it down, IMMEDIATELY!I received a response from the owner asking me to call. I called and spoke with Kim who refused to give me the owners name and she was very rude about taking my phone number and a message. Im very surprised that she is answering the phones.

What a nice Beauty shop in the area! I was very that Ellen was the assigned beautician last Friday afternoon. This Beauty shop was also very wide and I really like the arrangements of the products. I will definitely be back in this Beauty shop again and again. Highly recommendable Beauty shop! Thanks, guys!

I was very surprised that there is a nail shop this close to my house that I never even heard about, Kim was super good and super fast and very nice! she kept offering me a water! and I got a fill with a clear gel top for only $20!! Shes very fast (20 minutes) yet very efficient!

I just moved not too long ago so I only been to one another shop since I been here. I decided to look up nail salons around El Cajon and this shop was one of the first ones to pop up. It looked nice and called to ask for a price before going and was reasonable. Once arriving I was treated so well and greeted from the start. There was a short wait and I was offered a glass of wine which I gladly took. (It was good) Tina helped me out with a fill and color change and she did an amazing job and took her time. I am so pleased with how they came out! Everyone in the shop was super friendly which was pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!

This nail salon is amazing they do an excellent job and they are very friendly. Im never going anywhere else. I love how they take their time and make you nails look amazing. I really recommend your to take the time to stop by and get your nails done the right way.

Got my nails and toes done. Service was fast without cutting corners. The shop is newly remodeled and they offered me a glass of wine! I will definitely be returning soon and telling my friends.

Went there for the first time for a fullset of acrylics. Love how they came out! The place is very nice and updated. Lots of gel color choices, and all of the ladies seem really nice and sweet.

Last month I went inside and was given a price for a facial wax which was $15 from this lady that was going to do it and then later that guy at the front desk said a higher price and made it $20.00. I figured okay so I had it done and gave this lady $5 tip because she didnt get all the hairs out so she had to pluck it out with tweezers so it was a total of $25. Yesterday I went inside and got a facial wax and the wax really burned my face and it took some skin off my face and I have pictures to prove it. I had to clean my face gently and then apply cream on my face after and I hope it heals all the way. I gave her $20.00 even and she expecting me to give her more and told me that last time she gave me a $5 discount on a $30.00 fee. She told me she had no money to give her boss. Whatever she lied. Im unhappy with this experience and do not appreciate being lied to. Thats bad for business.

Excellent service and work! Staff is Awesome!!! My nails and feet looks Great! They even offered something to drink, not water but my Fav, White wine, which was complementary, this is a plus! This is my spot now!!! Shout out Lauren!!! Muah!!!

My friend and I made appointments for mani / pedis and confirmed them day of. When we arrived, the place was locked with all of the lights off. We called to inquire and no one answered the phone.

I hate this place. An old man did my pedicure and used a NAIL FILE to scrub my feet. He hurt me multiple times. I’m contacting the police because I’m 100% sure they did not go to school. I wish I could post a picture of my toe!
