I couldnt even make it past the security guard. I dont what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. They just told me the property was owned by the state and that if I didnt leave the premises they would call the police. Again not sure what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. 10/10 would not recommend to stay in this location

Decent hotel. Although I was “upgraded” to a 1st level room with a 2 foot long porch with a view of a giant fence blocking a pool with a defunct hot tub... but that’s not a big deal. Just think it’s weird to use the word “upgrade” for that. Lol.Stay was around $70. When I booked two nights, each night went over $100...The shower was also awful. It was a little dirty, with a little mold. The water quality seemed a bit off too. The temperature also fluctuated a lot, there was poor water pressure, and never seemed to be hot enough for my girlfriend (I am used to cold showers so I was alright). Also figuring out how to use the thing was damn near impossible at first...One of the key cards also stopped working by my first night, but that could have been my fault. But the staff was great, they were really kind and hospitable.

I was delivering food for Doordash and the security guard was harassing me saying I can’t deliver there without giving me a reason. As I got out my car, the security guard intruded in my space, and followed me not caring about my boundaries. I recommend not booking there since they treat guests like criminals.

Warning!!! If you have a booking here do not go close to this building. There are people being held here for Covid and they have armed security not allowing anyone in or out of the rooms. After asking for details I was told this information and then told it’s even bigger of a situation then you can imagine.Regardless this is not a bad review for the hotel as they are trying to do their part for the community. One thing that was annoying is I was never contacted and when I showed up they told me I couldn’t stay there. so I was exposed to covid and had to find a new hotel without any help.Be safe everyone!

The guest services were not my issue. But the bathroom floor was not very clean, and the bed sizes are a joke. Brittany and Stephanie were great though. They were polite and were doing the best to provide our accommodations. This hotels idea of a king size bed is actually a queen, and their queen is actually a full size bed - Just so you know what youre getting. We dont see ourselves staying here again.

We used this hotel for a Stay-cattion to celebrate a childs birthday in the heat wave. The main attraction was the pool and convenient location. Pool was lovely! Neat and clean w an abundant stack of clean fresh towels available. Lounge chairs were new and cushioned. Water was heated to cool and refreshing, not shocking. Our room faced a green area where the kids could run and play in the grass. Linens in the room were crisp and white. Bathroom was impeccable. The AC worked GREAT! TV & fridge included. Downside? Grass needed mowing. Decor could use a little updating. All in all a successful celebration.

She said we had to come back at 3 because thats when we could check in and those were the rules. The gentleman at the front desk that told us to come in at 12 P.M. tried to explain to her that he had told us to come in at that time. She didnt want to hear anything and walked away.I came back at 2:45 and guests were inline checking in. The guest in front of me was inline just to get information about parking. The hotel is nice but we had a very rude person checking us in. We asked a couple times to see if we can get early check in, and sais we can check in at 10am. Once we got down there she changed her mind and said check in is at 3. As my wife and I were trying to check in she raised her voice at my sister asking why she is waiting around and why she is here.On the phone she told my wife that finning is open and the bar, come to find out it was closed. They lady kept giving us the run around to the point I called hotel.com and they tried to get me into another hotel and get my money back. Hotel.com said our hotel has no manger to even talk to us. WHAT HOTEL does not have a manger on the clock!!! By the way it doesn’t say it in there website but there is a $15 charge for parking. I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. It is considered a 3.5 star hotel however is nowhere near that! On this same trip I stayed at 8 different hotels all rated 2 stars & they were 10X nicer then this place. It was in a rough part of town first of all & right next to the freeway also a strip club right down the street. When we checked in the lobby is nice however the rooms were the real disappointment. Very outdated and rundown. The offer netflix & other offers however when you click on anything on the TV it says no wifi. After contacting front desk they told me that it happens all the time and they cant do anythingabout it. Also neither side of the bed USB ports worked causing my & husbands and Is phones to not charge all night. Luckily one of our phones had some life left in it & we didnt miss our alarm to the airport.

Sticky floors, carpet that hasnt been shampooed in ages, shower that randomly went from warm to scalding hot to freezing and then warm again. My kid literally screamed when the water went from warm to scalding hot! Had a double queen bed room and one bed sank me to the ground while the other was good. The 2 stars go the rep that checked us in to our room and was helpful and for the location. Sorry I didnt catch your name but thank you for making the process easy and answering my questions! Location is great. Right off the freeway its a breeze to hop on and off the fwy but be careful at the exit cuz its a sharp right!

Overall a very nice place to stay. The location seems a bit shady considering what is around it (strip club). But, go a block over and it seems like youre in a decent part of town. The hotel was very nice, the front desk staff were great and the room was clean overall. I did notice some cracked tiles on the floor of the bathroom and some small stains on the carpet but nothing too out of the ordinary. I would expect a Marriott property to take care of these small issues. Are one issue which is why I did not give 5 stars was our time at the restaurant / bar. We were planning to have dinner there so we stopped down for happy hour and saw that they had drink specials and appetizer specials. When we asked the server, he informed us that the pricing on the menu for the happy hour specials was an average price and not the actual prices for those types of alcohol and/ or beer. Also, our table had stuff on it from the previous people that were sitting there but we couldnt get the servers attention to come clean the table off. When he did finally come back with the bill it was wrong. In the end it was corrected we paid and then went somewhere else for dinner. We only stayed one night and did not have time for breakfast so we cant comment on anything else but I would still recommend this hotel.

We stay within the Marriott Family when we travel quite often and have always loved their hotels. But this one definitely fell short of the standards we hold for them. The room was muggy/smelly and when we addressed it with a staff member, nothing was done to resolve it. We were there for three nights. The beds also lacked fitted sheets, which we really disgusting when you think about it. All they did was tuck the flat sheet & the comforter to make it look like the bed was properly made but when you actually got on to sleep on it — that wasn’t the case. We also let a housekeeping team member know and they never corrected the problem either. Other than that, we didn’t use much of the hotel amenities so we can’t speak to much else. The location seems daily close to Seaworld if that part of convenience plays a factor for you. Parking is a bit tight and the property looks a bit run down from a few areas of the hotel, especially when you’re further away from the lobby. This doesn’t deter me from all Marriott chains, I love Marriott. But I definitely wouldn’t stay here at this particular hotel again.

First of all the staff was amazing. But our stay was awful. Our room had mold in the bathrooms, the fridge did not work which is a struggle with a toddler that drinks milk. Parking was an absolute nightmare because they just let anyone park in their parking lot. So they expect you to pay for parking but you have to park on the street Unless you park by 3pm. My biggest complaint is I left a bag full of brand new clothes. I called right away when I realized it. I got forwarded to I’m assuming a manager who did absolutely nothing. As if the clothes are in valuable that was about $200 worth of brand new clothes in that bag that I know for a fact was probably stolen. It saddens me that this hotel can not be trusted. I will most definitely be spreading the word about this hotel to anyone and everyone I can. They told me that somebody would be calling me within that very day when I got off the phone with the manager, and nobody called me. So for them to feel like One of the guests personal property Was not of any value just goes to show they probably do a lot of shady things. I will be putting in another complaint with actual corporate about this considering I did try to reach out to the actual hotel myself and nothing was done on their behalf. So if you like a loud hotel with drunk people everywhere, people smoking pot in the elevators, with a dishonest cleaning service and no parking. This hotel is for you.

My friend and I recently stayed over here during a weekend getaway under the pretense that it was a good value due to its area and from the pictures it looked fairly updated. And to it’s credit, the area where it is located at as well as well as the price makes this an excellent value overall when looking for a place to stay. Near the beach along with access to major highways and lots of food options. With that being said, the rooms are nicely updated and the whole place seems to be recently updated but the place still has this old type of feel to it. The place is also primarily a family lodging being next to seaworld and all that. During our stay the place seemed to be really on the ball as far as Covid procedures go, distanced and masked at all time with the cleanliness being on point. Although because of the extra precautions, their restaurant is closed as a result but use your room key to get a discount off of your meal (Although that place looks like it doesn’t follow the C19 procedures as that place was packed so I don’t know the discount). Unfortunately there were a few hindrances during our stay. First off our rooms AC unit was not functional and that took a bit to get taken care of meaning that we were stuck in a humid room that was getting more and more uncomfortable. Then the second part was that in our new room, a lot of the fixtures were broken, like our lamp, and the outlet next to our bed. Not to mention our phone wasnt labeled so I had no idea how to make a call or get in contact with guest services in any way. And you do get internet wifi but it is pretty slow and nearly unusable overall. As far as the bathrooms go, they were nice with the exception of the tub. The tub was rather small and although not dirty per say it was very dingy looking and looks like it is in need of retirement. With that said, the showers are also outfitted with soap dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Not my preferred method but I think its ok. Overall this place was a nice little place to sleep with not a lot else to offer besides a good location as well as the price. The place does have a pool but it is rather small and will more than likely be full of kids and the hot tub is also down as well. So I would say that it is an easy 3.5 star stay but since you cant you do halves then Ill bump it to 4.

The location of this hotel isnt exactly ideal. Its tucked away from many places of interest and the neighborhood isnt very conducive to walking. Parking also isnt very ideal. When I first showed up, the valet made it sound like there was valet parking only, or street parking (which is only allowed in two hour increments during the day). After a day of just using valet parking, I noticed other people were just driving to the back parking lot to park. The parking lot is small though and fills up quick. The room was quiet though, and the bed was comfortable. There were tons of children in the hotel for a local soccer tournament, and I was not bothered by their presence. Breakfast is not free, which is kind of a bummer, but it seems like make hotels are going that way these days.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Staff was pretty good. Victor, in particular, was professional, courteous and thoughtful in addressing our concerns.Amenities were good--nice pool and hot tub, the gym had up-to-date treadmills, and there was a nice large lobby area. Our room was spacious and clean.

Read bad reviews but great rooms, large bath. Very clean and quit. Great morning buffet and awesome pool. Helpful staff always greeted us. Parking is difficult, worth the 20 dollars to valet especially with children/elderly. I would return definitely. Modern Times brewery is walking distance!!

Stayed here for a concert, although it was just A overnight stay, for the money I expected better/nicer facility. Somewhat understaffed in lounge/restaurant. Food and drinks were great, service was poor, until more staff showed up.

1am and impossible to sleep. A loud party in the front lobby/restaurant that has no limit. No one at the front service desk. I’m not talking just loud noise, it’s a disturbing loud “party”.Room is pretty good but there’s no way we will be coming here again.Had to wait 30 minutes to check in since my reservation was “lost”. I had the email to prove it but still was a hassle for my family.Do not stay here....

Had a unique experience. When checking in I was told the hotel was overbooked and someone should have contacted me. The person at the front desk let slip that the hotel was now priced at twice the price I booked through a site online. Convenient. The staff allowed me to stay one night at the agreed price. I suppose that was nice of them.Classic rock was coming through the door of the room until 11. On one hand the staff have good taste but on the other hand if you need to find a new place to stay that isnt appreciated. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

The Description of the Property does not mention a Stip Club is within 100 yards of the Driveway, The Pool had been Drained for our own Safety, the Parking charge was still applicable for Valet even though I have a Handicap Placard and not once needed the Valet Service and Finally the Amazingly Hot girls from the Ms Teen USA pageant was also in the House, Every Hot girl from South America was dressed very Eloquent but still showing off their good given talents we as males did not get blessed with.My 8 year old did not swim. he now knows about Strip Clubs and very eloquent Hot Females, Funny just for staying 2 days at a Hotel that I did not plan on him having this talk with

Location is nestled between a storage facility and an establishment which advertises nude women. The majority of the parking lot is blocked off for valet parking only, but they offer no luggage assistance. Breakfast laid out in the lobby looked unappetizing. On another note, room was exceptionally clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and refrig & microwave was serviceable. However, due to the location alone, I would not return.

First off I arrived after a six hour flight and had an issue with my reservation. The check in clerk was somehow able to fix it with the help of one of her colleagues but I had numerous issues pop up later. I arrived in my room past midnight wanting to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and she asked if I wanted to move to another room. I responded that I only wanted to move if the room had hot water. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted to move to to other floors in which my response was only if they have hot water. She then said she would go check to make sure that those rooms have hot water and called me back. She called me back and hour later to tell me that the entire hotel did not have hot water and that she apologized. I inquired what should I do because I need to shower as I had work at 7 AM the next morning. She could not tell me anything and just told me that she would like their manager know in the morning. I told her that running hot water was kind of an emergency and maybe they should called maintenance and she responded that she would leave a note for them in the morning. I did not have hot water for a day and a half. The second day I went to go double check my booking since I didn’t receive any information about the government rate of my room. It seems as though the girl who checked me in had canceled my initial reservation with the government rate and created an entirely new reservation at the Marriott rewards rate. I showed the check in Clark my email with the information showing my government rate to reservation. Since the HTML was not working on my email he responded that the email did not look like the normal email and I needed to get proper confirmation. I went on to tell him that this was the email from the actual Marriott reservation desk but he did not believe me since the email did not have a picture in it. He told me to call it reservation desk and have them email him a copy. I was furious at this point because I already had a reservation and had proof but he refused to look at my email since HTML photos were not showing up. I went out of my way to call the reservation desk and had them email the hotel directly. This guy gave me such a hard time so I finally just asked if he could get his manager for me so I could talk to whoever was in charge of billing. At this point he called someone over the telephone and explain my situation and was able to get the government rate right then and there. I was

We just need a place to sleep after attending a family function in the area. We selected this hotel for the location and the points cost. It is a simple, but very clean hotel that provided just what we needed...a place to sleep. Ability to charge our EV wouldve increased our rating to Excellent or to the top...a 10!

From the moment we walked in the door and all 6 nights we stayed the staff from the front desk to the room staff and kitchen staff where exceptional. Every day we were greeted by everyone and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a bonus we were not expecting and was great and the parking was the cheepest in town. In our 8 years of staying at Sheratons this was the best experiance we have ever had. Thank you for the great comfortable stay and memories made with my family. We wish all Sheratons offered the ability to sleep 6 as yours did. We will be back! Thanks,Graves Family
