Returns to Amazon are just as easy as ordering from them. All made possible by this UPS Store, its staff and most especially Hannah. Making my compulsive buys disappear as if I never ordered them. LOL. Her smile is heartwarming.

This UPS store went above and beyond in assisting me to get my legal documents notarised and scanned. All I can say is a huge thank you to the staff and the public notary on the day. Nothing was too much trouble. I managed to send the documents on time thanks to their efforts.

Well Im very happy there is a UPS store closer to the house South Bay Area came in last week right before the end of day and the lady working didnt seem bothered by there being minutes left before she clocks out for the day, she was helping another customer but didnt waste anytime greeting me and asking me if I needed anything. Before I knew it I had what I needed and out the door . Great customer service and attitude, thanks ...I do recommend the UPS store 7177 for all your shipping and printing services.

They charge about $87 to box/ship a 4 lb frame size 16x19. UPS only estimated about $30 for me. I asked and was told each UPS store has their own pricing since its franchised. I shipped with USPS instead.

Wow, I am so glad this UPS Store is open! I was able to set up a mailbox, get a notary, AND overnight some documents in one visit. Hannah and Jose were there to help me out and there was no line. Im sure the secret will get out once the shopping center gets more tenants, but this UPS store is fantastic. Printing, packing, shipping, you name it. Customer for life right here! Thanks guys

So happy this location just opened in this shopping center! It’s my go to place for packaging and shipping. I didn’t even know they do professional printing as well - which is so cone venue that for my business when I need to pick up prints in a rush! Highly recommend - clean, new location with awesome staff

Stopped into this UPS store because I needed to ship a present on a Sunday. Nice guy at the desk did all the packing for me, super fast and easy. I saw they have a notary, which is extra convenient. I may come back here for a scanning project I need done, this location seems very on top of their game!

There is not enough staff, we waited between 30 and 40 minutes, however another client arrived and they stopped serving us, they did not give enough attention or value to our service.

Easy in, easy out! They even had the padded envelope I needed for my shipment. The owner is super friendly and the staff is top notch!
