For me this is the best option as PO Box and as a shipping center, they are really close to the border and I have received packages with them for a long time and I’ve never had any problems or lost packages. For shipments they always let you know what your best options are regarding prices and shipping times. 100% recommended.

I have been a customer for almost a year and I have to say I am happy with the service they provide. All the employees are friendly and professional. I have not had any problems or issues with receiving my mail and packages.

The young guy that works there has an attitude towards people. You cant ask a question, reffering to your own mail. They get pissed off at you. Remember that the customer is always right. Also manners are very important, I hope he reads this. Change your attitude dude.

Very unprofessional, I have been with them for a while and have always been courteous with them..I can not say the same for them.. One day I had left work at lunch to go pick up my mail, it had just arrived and they said it would take an 1 hr and 1/2 to get the mail placed in the slots I was not angry I was understanding, but being I was the only person in there they could have offered to take a quick look, but didnt.. its called courtesy.. Second day I came around 1 and was told they had not received the mail yet, so I waited, as I live further which i explained to them, it was about 2:30 and I decided to go take my kids to get some food and refreshments, up on returning my daughter went in to check the mail, and politely asked if it had came in yet, the lady replied you have been out there did you see the mail truck? And Its not my fault no one said it was we were being polite so in my opinion its very unprofessional to talk to any one like that... very disappointed they seemed so friendly when I first opened an account with them... tsk tsk

It is a good place and they have treated me kindly, my only complaints are the prices that they put on the things you order online and you must pick up from echo Tube that I go with a box from Walmart that cost me 20 dlls to pick it up certainly 20 is a lot to me For a box that was not even my size, the other disadvantage is that it arrives runs that is not in my name, other than that the rest is fine only with respect to the payment to withdraw a shipment it would be good if it were more accessible since personally I It seems unfair to pay 84 dlls a year to rent the place and then have to pay to withdraw a shipment.
