If you are looking for a post office box close to the border, and in the shopping outlets, this is your place. Minutes from they border they offer all services including: USPS, Mailboxes, After Hour Pick, FedEx, and UPS. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. Very reasonable on pricing. A MUST try A+++

As for the management/ownership, I wish I had half a dozen employees that were half as aware when addressing customer concerns, especially angry customers that jump the gun, like myself in this case. Avoid hiring here, the truth is very easy to start hiring. But they are extremely complicated when it comes to delivering packages when a mistake is made. That 24 hours have many requirements that make delivery very complicated. It DOES work if everything is fine, but if your package has an error, it will make it very difficult to deliver it to you.They do not give any extra attention, you are opening your packages and they tell you not to make a lot of noise etc etc.

In truth, they are delivered with their work. A few days ago I went to pick up a package and the visa stayed inside the copier. One of the employees came to Tijuana to deliver the document personally. That attention, nowhere exists. 1st level service and 1000% recommended.
