Delivery window set for 8a-12pm. Never heard from them, so I call a few minutes at 12:00pm. They sounded concerned and said they have to talk with dispatcher. After 10 minutes on hold, I was told they were running late and will be there in 20 minutes. They offered many apologies. Almost an hour later, still no word and I call again. Again, they sounded very concerned. They spoke with dispatcher and now only 10 minutes before they arrive! One guy shows up 15 minutes later and has to move 3 boxes -2 of which were 150+ pounds with a small hand truck. With much effort, and multiple trips, he was able to do it. Obviously, he was way overloaded and the dispatcher screwed up with scheduling. Regardless, I should have been called BY SOMEONE to be told they were running late. I had to call multiple times, which made the whole experience a dismal failure on their part. A well placed phone call on their part would have saved a lot of my frustration.

This has to be one of the worse places to work, and management is horrible . Please let this be the last place you call for anything.

Incompetent staff, poor management and dirty business practices. They deliver for home depot unfortunately, they have lost my business directly because of this company. I will not do business with anyone that uses these folks. 0 stars.

Poor security. Lost 3 of our trailers.

Ceva one place that has poor staff members.there lead man will back stab you in the heart beep.it takes a whole 2 years to get in the company.mike is a bad lead man hes old and for .He cant risk hes job he will talk bad about you.never in my life would i ever work for this company.not one start i give them.
