Our older generator had been neglected and left on the side of our garage for over five years. Shame on us! I called Pro Power and talked with Eran to learn what I could do. He explained what I needed to do and agreed to drive up that day to pick it up for a repair! Yes, it took about 3 weeks, and yes, the Pandemic is causing everything to run late, so I just touched base with them and they with me. We were all patient!Today, Pro Power called and shared that the generator was ready. Great! Eran drove up about an hour later - a time we agreed upon and delivered our restored generator. He took the time to show me how to start it and gave me the old parts. He also explained that it was super important to get some fuel stabilizer to keep the carburetor is good shape. Thank you to Eran, Luis, and Michelle. It was great to do business with you!

Always seem to have the right parts when I need them. Chain saw blade sharpening is a big plus!

The guys are good, they maintain all of my saws, pressure washer and generators.

Took my lawnmower in to be serviced. I thought the business was the original one off of the 15. But no. Lawnmower started when I took it in, it did not when I got it home 2 weeks later. Did not care for the service or the way I was treated as a customer. They did not even try and start it when I picked it up. Did call but they were hesitant on me bringing it back. Would not recommend this business and will never go back

Bought a linear at the Pro Power store. Less than half an hour later I took it back because it wasnt what I needed. I just looked at it and put it back in the bag. They didnt want to exchange it for another. We were haggling. In frustration I through the Rope to the floor. The clerk attacked me and slammed my body to the ground. I started bleeding. The clerk at the store is a maniac, no self-control. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and find service oriented fair store.

They have rearranged the store and it is more inviting and organized. The owner is always very pleasant and very helpful with anything that I have needed assistance with . They are very knowledgeable about all the equipment and helpful regarding any repairs that need to be made to your machine . They repaired my mower at a fair price and in timely manner .

Ive always had great service at this place. Prices are better than most. Parking is a little tight but overall I recommend this store for landscaping and tree supplies.

Pro Power is a good lawn mower repair shop I take all my power equipment to them to get fixed and a normal routine check up and if you need any Power equipment or parts for your equipment they have it or if not they can order it for you

They got my lawn mower running, just took a while to do it. Always good to support a small business like this so Ill wait when I can. Though if I were in a hurry to get something repaired I wouldnt go here first.
