Extremely glad I found Calvin to redo our front yard. I dont write many reviews but I feel obligated to share how impressed I am with the professionalism, integrity and talent that his company exhibits. We started just prior to the COVID pandemic and had to flex around some manufacturing delays caused by shutdown. He really flexed the schedule to maximize our convenience. We had a relative plan of what we wanted and shared with him. He also had some great ideas that we ended up going with and now that we are complete, we are really happy with his ideas/ plans, as well as the workmanship. If you read nothing further, read this: Calvin Nong is a person of the highest personal and business integrity, and I cannot recommend his business enough for any project involving masonry, landscape, patio design and construction, back- and front yard renovation!!!Calvin was one of the few businesses that responded to our inquiries and quotes during the coronavirus pandemic (during Summer 2020) for a retaining wall and full landscape backyard project (the other guys blew us off because our project was too small and they were after more $$$). Calvin got in touch with us sooner than we anticipated, and took a direct approach in obtaining our vision for the end product and outlining a work plan and line item budget. We were extremely impressed with the quick turn around with the budget. He doesnt waste your time, and his time, for that matter. The work plan was realistic, manageable, and highlighted critical milestones to let the homeowner know things were moving at pace (or faster).Calvin and his elite crew were always on time, if not early, and they stayed until the work for that day was done. The work crew was extremely respectful of our property, they worked quietly, and they always kept us up to speed with what milestones were going to happen the follow day.Calvin is very communicative by phone, text, in-person, and e-mail. His attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We honestly have not seen this type of work ethic in a long time.
