I absolutely love Clark and my technicians. When I am concerned about pests, I know so can count on Clark to handle my concerns. We moved into a new home and transferred our Clark services because the new home had been neglected for far too long and the pests were everywhere. My technician came and took care of so many and provided me peace of mind that this would only get better as they treated again. We love our service.

Clark personal are very professional and listen to my concerns. They explained what they were doing well.

We had a huge infestation of earwigs and they got it under control in a jiffy! We do still have spiders because theyre in the neighbors trees and they like to do a spiderman into the yard. Hopefully we can get rid of em eventually for good! Needless to say our property is very challenging and they are doing a great job.

I am a new and happy customer. I found evidence of termites after all the rain this spring so I called Clark to see if they could do an inspection during Californias Stay at Home order. They responded they could. Our inspector, Hurvey, went above and beyond to maintain a contact free experience and keep us both smiling under our masks. The next week, the technician came out and was both incredibly professional and helpful. He gave me advice on how to paint the treated area and there is no more evidence of termites! Calling them: No one is available to help including the supervisors.We scheduled 3 times and the tech did not arrive and did not call.The call center tried to reach the tech and surprisingly no answer.Not doing what was promised...We have lot of pests as we had before...Im stopping payment and going with Joshuas pest control

I called Clark to help with a ant problem. They sent tech Omar to my home the first visit did nothing to stop the ants, I called for a follow up and the same tech was sent he spent about 10 minutes at my house sprayed one small area and left. Before he left he stated that he was leaving the company to start his own pest company I was charged for both visits and when i spoke to them today their response was a supervisor could come to my house tomorrow between 8 and noon to discuss my problem. I take this to mean I would be charged for this as well. i said no thanks cancel me as a customer.

Their plans are a bit pricy but they do offer courtesy service when needed on top of routine services. Service is basic, they do not do attic or crawl space.

Disappointing! Have use Clark for many years and have liked them a lot. For some reason the technician(s) now only leave a message with an 8 hour window as to when he might be at your house. All I can say is why bother leaving a message at all. It also seems that the technicians change quite often and are not given specifics as to what time of the month wed like our service to be completed. So we end up reminding Clark every so often.I hope things will improve and am confident they will.

Lindsey has been our technical for a long time. She always calls ahead to let us know she’s coming. She is personable very nice and does an excellent job.

A few years ago I had a Rat problem here in Vista. I called Clarks and they set me up with a monthly service and three baited traps. I have been very pleased with the service and price. Although there are still, occasionally, Rats around, I do not have a problem now with them getting under and into my mobile home. Unfortunately Rats are abundant here in San Diego and love Palm Trees. If you want to be completely Rat free, as in No Evidence, you will need to get all your neighbors signed up for the Rat Man service, as I have named it.

I traveled to Detroit and encountered bedbugs and - though Id taken every precaution - I was terrified I might have brought some home. The bedbug guy was so super sweet and nice and reassuring. He checked everywhere and gave me a clean slate and helped me feel less like a crazy person. :) My boss was freaking out because there was a mouse in the house (for which Clark had already placed traps) but I was way more wigged out about the potential for bbs and it was great to have someone who took me very seriously and put my mind at ease. Thank you!

Billed quarterly (or monthly cant remember. In any case its ongoing billing) for service including inside and outside spraying. The outside spraying happens regularly Id assume (although not sure) but when it comes to the inside service I get a call randomly from a guy on a weekday at random times saying Im outside and no one is answering. Cant do inside service. No call ahead of time. No email ahead of time. No scheduling possible. Ive had the service for almost 2 years (mainly because I havent gotten around to cancelling) and they have only sprayed once. During the first scheduled visit. Have paid regularly.Ive spoken with them several times and asked they let me know AHEAD of visits when theyre there so we can be there and still no calls or emails. Job isnt getting done despite them billing me regularly.I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had to call the manager because they were telling me I was behind in a payment. I wasn’t. So if you don’t want your credit ruined . I was a payment ahead. The manager did call me back. But be careful

When I bought my house in La Mesa California, I found I had a severe ant and rodent problem. Last week we had Clark Pest Control fumigate our house. Only, they didn’t. They subcontracted out to Your Way Fumigation, what turned out to be a death job. Nobody from Clark ever came out to supervise their subcontractor. Maybe if he had, my little black cat would not be dead!!!!! For about five years I have fed and loved this sweet little animal. He was an outside kitty. We had made certain that all the entrances under the house itself were closed, so he couldn’t get trapped, but I was worried that he could be under the deck . I told this repeatedly to the unfeeling monsters from Your Way - they just shrugged. When my husband asked them, the man in charge of the crew said that he had seen the black cat outside the house and outside the tarp. I myself got trapped inside the house until almost the last minute and was forced to crawl out under the edge of the tarp. I asked my husband “Did they check under the deck for Black Cat?” “It’s too late” was the reply. It was too late. I found his little lifeless body a few days later - under the deck.

They are dependable and honest. Technician is very polite.

I had three companies come and do a bed bug check-up on my home a while back. I had my house tented by Harbor Pest Control about 6 months earlier and they didnt do the job right. Harbor Tented my home and it was very costly. They didnt even followup and didnt follow through on their guarantee of services. Well I’m having a problem with the regularity of visits/treatments, they have not be consistent but the billing has been. My home is almost infected the spiders (outside), it took three treatments to even slow the effects of flee’s in my home. So I’m not too happy with Clark Pest Control at this time.

Clark Pest Control for pest service every other month (or so) is fine. No complaints with that service. TERMITE service - find someone else. Had a free inspection, never got the report, a year later = active termites outside the home. Next inspection = costly localized treatment. Had the service, took half the time, didnt replace the wood as I was later told would need to occur, didnt get the report from the second inspection. Still have termite droppings in one of the areas treated. NOT happy to continue taking off work and not having the job done correctly the first time. Why not switch companies...Im close but am trying to get what I paid for first.

This company is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with. If i could give 10 stars thats what they would get. the people who leased my place brought in bed bugs. I was just totally freaked out. They did move and clark Pest did an inspection and told me what i needed to do. They did the heat treatment and chemical and my place is FREE of them. The whole process took awhile and I spoke to Cheryl Clark all the time. She helped me from going crazy. She is AMAZING. Such a caring and helpful person. She bent over backwards to help me. SHE never acted like i was bothering her when i called. Always kind and helpful and she knows her stuff. I live in another state and they took my key and did their job so i didnt have to keep driving over there. They really saved my life. Their customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. The techs who took care of my place were just wonderful and helped me beyond what they had to do. I never ever write reviews on the internet but had to with these guys. Would give more stars if I could. Noticed dry wood termites swarming one morning, called the top 5 Google results. The earliest I was told someone could come out was in 8 days- Clark Pest Control was my 6th call and informed me someone would be at my house at 1pm the next day. (Less than 12 hours when I made the call.)Could not have been more pleased with Hurveys inspection, and, tomorrow, I will have my house treated and the termites terminated!Again, all in less than 36 hours... thats a lot better than waiting 8 days for an inspection---figure it out Thrasher....and Nolen....and Llyod...and Orkin....and Terminix.If you live in San Diego and have any pest problems, call these guys. Hurvey is the man.
