Starting the middle of last year, while planning on moving out of my office of 27 years, I met with NextLevels development and technical personnel to plan switching to their internet based phone system. I have had great guidance every step of the way. The product and company have been absolutely exceptional and a lifesaver during this period of home confinement. My telephone system was installed and up and running by the first of this year, exactly when I expected its delivery. My review is prompted by the consistently exceptional availability and expertise of NextLevels technical support staff, including today. I added a new feature today (NextLevel Voice, which allows me to mask my cell phone number with my office number). There were a couple of bugs to work out. I cant say enough about the responsiveness, courtesy, and expertise of the technical staff. Needless to say, compared with other companies I have worked with over the last 40 years of my career, NextLevel is at the absolute pinnacle. My account is very small, only three phones, yet I have been consistently treated as if my business was a Fortune 500 company.

The experience with Next Level Internet was pretty much hassle-free. Esteban set it up pretty quick, he was able to navigate the cables and all the complicated setup i have pretty easy and in like 20 mins i was already watching tv.
