Zackary was very helpful in picking the correct tub for our needs. We received detailed instructions on setting up the electrical and pad area. Delivery was quick. Best customer service. Once installed, Ive enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. Each seat has different features and massage types. Shiatsu, deep tissue, hands, feet, hips, upper and lower back, the jacuzzi does it all. Very happy 😊

My wife and I decided we wanted a spa but we specifically were looking for a Jacuzzi brand spa after comparing other brands. I initially went to the Rancho Bernardo location and I told them my concerns on how the spa would fit through my side gate and the next day, the owner came out and measured the access confirming it would fit. I was very impressed that they went out of their way to do that without any commitment on my end to buy which confirmed my decision that I would purchase from Aqua Paradise. I then went to their Carlsbad location as it is closer to where I live and after looking a several tubs, we decided to go with the J475. About a month later, we are very happy and enjoy our new Jacuzzi spa!

I bought j 300 collection jacuzzi from Aqua Paradise about 2 months ago.The stuff was very helpful to choose the right one for me and for my budget. They really took time to go over with me about all the details me or my wife needed.Delivery was great, got a call from delivery guys couple hours before, and they were so careful to make sure I am satisfied! Then another guy come in to fill with water, and set with chemicals.I also got for free 3 months starting kit, and they reached me how to keep up with it, so my water is safe, clear and sanitized.I am totally happy I got jacuzzi and my family enjoyed it!Highly recommended the store, customer service and the brand!

Both the Midway and RB shops were great to work with. Staff is knowledgable, friendly and prices were extremely competitive. Everything about the experience from shopping to buying to removing the old spa and installing the new spa was extremely professional and efficient. I recommend Aqua Paradise without reservation.

Zach at the Rancho Bernardo store was very patient as we wet tested both the Jacuzzi brand at his store as well as other brands by other manufacturers. After testing numerous other spas we came back to Aqua Paradise and purchased a J355. Very happy with the sales experience. The Jacuzzi spa was very well packaged for protection during the delivery process. I saw two other spas on the same delivery truck that contained our Jacuzzi spa and ours was definitely better protected for the transport and delivery. The other spas only had a plastic cap over the shell. Ours was completely wrapped in multiple layers for protection. When you pay that much for a spa, you want it to arrive undamaged.
