These guys are awesome! I wasnt originally considering a Jacuzzi brand hot tub because I assumed Id be paying a premium just for the name. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that theyre competitively priced. In addition, Jacuzzi hot tubs are much better looking than the others I was considering.We ended up buying a J-585, and we couldnt be happier. My only complaint is that theres no real shelf area where you can comfortably rest your arms and/or drinks. In fairness, I wasnt able to find a hot tub of any brand that was adequate in that regard.I also buy all of my supplies (chemicals, filters, etc.) from Aqua Paradise. Their prices are basically the same as Amazon, and I can always get any questions I have answered while Im in there.

I moved into a house that had a Jacuzzi brand hot tub and I had a few questions about cleaning and spa maintenance. I took all of my chemicals into the store and Lee was so helpful! He laid all of them out on the table and explained to me what each of them were for. He also assisted me in purchasing a few more things that I needed (new filter, etc.) and responded promptly to an e-mail I sent that day with more questions. It is a little bit of a drive for me to visit this location but I will continue to give them my business because Lee was so great in taking the time to explain things to me when the hot tub was not even purchased from Aqua Paradise. Highly recommend this place - they are very friendly and helpful!

I have known Jay at Aqua Paradise for many years and I am always pleased when I need service. I got an amazing deal on my Jacuzzi and its been one of the best purchases for my new home. I have not had one issue yet with my spa. I use it 4-5 days a week and always have the temperature around 101 degrees. It always stays nice and hot and the jets are really powerful. They even come out once in a while to do a professional cleaning for me and that saves me a lot of time. I get all my chemicals from the store in RB. They are really great at educating me how to service my spa with the weekly chemicals. My son also purchased one from them and has had the same success. If you are trying to save money to get a cheaper brand dont even think about it. Paying a little more for the Jacuzzi brand is SOOO worth it. This is something you use all the time and you get what you pay for. I would recommend anyone to visit the store and listen to what they have to say!

Zack was really helpful helping us deciding what sizes we wanted for our Jacuzzi. We ended up buying model J-375 and we are enjoying it every day since then. Great customer service answering all our questions about maintenance, after the purchase as well. Strongly recommend this store!!

I bought my Jacuzzi couple years ago from the store in rancho bernardo. I know Zack and Jay and they are the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me excellent customer service. They did not high pressure me but gave me a lot of valuable info to allow me to make a better choice. I bought this for my new home and its actually my favorite thing at my house!! The Jacuzzi always stays nice and hot at 102 for me and the maintenance is easy. I even had them come out 1 time to do the cleaning and that was really worth it!!! I use the Jacuzzi 4 to 5 times a week and have had no issues with it. I would recommend the products sold at that store to anybody and their pricing is reasonable. 5 stars for sure with all my research.
