Ask for Manny. He was very helpful in getting the right settings for the new hearing aids we bought and an older pair of hearing aids we got from a different store. Apparently, the guy from the other hearing aid place where I bought the older pair did not and/or does not know one can turn up/down the volumes.Anyway, Manny was patient and responsive. You will be in good hands.

I have a single Lyric hearing aide which is expensive, $1600./year- but which I love. There are not many providers in San Diego, especially near where I live in No. Clairemont. Charity Herra, M.A. can replace it in 5 minutes when the battery dies. The Sonus office on Clairemont Mesa has trouble keeping office staff. There are frequent scheduling problems.
