This company service is not that good enough compared to money i paid.And they dont give the deposit just after 21 days. Communication is so slow and not quik. Thats not even precise. In San Diego there are a lot of apart or inn better than here.

Very professional with great rates. David and July are a sweet couple that go beyond their way to make your accomodation memorable. I spent 3 weeks in Regents Court Apartments and I couldnt ask for more.Well done guys!!

This company is a big time fraud, terrible living experience, terrible service. YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED! They will find any reason not to return a security deposit. Here is a story: I paid 1470 initially, where 875 was rent, plus security deposit, plus application fee... Guess what in one month i ended up owing 279$ out of nowhere. They call it excessive electricity usage LOL. My security deposit was never returned. If anyone else got screwed up by these people i suggest filing a lawsuit, thats what Im doing right now.

Never at the office, I have called multiple times and was told to leave a voice message. 3 weeks later and the voice mailbox is still full, so I have not been able to leave a message. Very unprofessional so far. Also, does not respond to emails.
