Pretty good. Worker got my cargo and loaded it into my pickup bed in a few minutes and I was out of there. The only issue, I was not notified my shipment had arrived.

Dont bother placing FRAGILE, HANDLE WITH CARE, THIS SIDE UP, DO NOT DOUBLE STACK. These guys dont care, and thats from the warehouse supervisor down to the dock worker. Its all about getting it in, and out. They causally thrash stuff just to get it moving. No care whatsoever. This is from personal knowledge.

Fast service and bigger parking

Like the other reviews here...I dont know if this is the local depot or UPS Freight in general but I will be avoiding UPS Freight at all costs in the future. Using this to deliver to a residence is a hassle at best and nightmare at worst. Difficult to work with and they come through with ZERO of the assurances or promises they make, even small ones like well call you 30-60 minutes before your delivery.

Boxes arrive filthy. Packages get lost and then they find it the next day. Impossible to schedule downstream work that depend on timely arrival. Plan the work only when the items are delivered and checked out.Delivery time window is noon to 7 PM for residential addresses. Works if you’re lucky enough to work from or at home.

I wish I was able to do a zero star. They are pretty expensive. The driver had a bad attitude when he showed up one hour late. He was lazy and would not take the shipment. I remember this happening before. Please save yourself a hassle and use someone like SAIIA, even FEDEX.

Cheaters all the way. I booked a pick up om Feb/15/2019. It took several calls and few days for them to pick up. I also paid more than double of the competitors cost to have a stated 5 day delivery but it was not delivered until March/1/2019. a whopping 14 days!!. Even with all that, they tried to charge extra for a pallet by adding few inches to the pallet size!!. Please save yourself time and money and stay away from them.
