It is excellent

It is a lousy place to load as a carrier in Otay Mesa, having the worst 3rd place to load with RL Jones in 2nd and House in 1st, it takes you at least 3 hours to load, the Shipper and Pedimento system are very efficient, but for loading and unloading you can lose even up to 7 or 8 hours, they are really bad in this area.
