The business is very busy all the time,. I assume it is a transfer hub for the company

Driver failed deliver package, did not come the following day and now a week later the package is still out for delivery. Customer service is nonexistent and unable to trace the package or contact the driver. Worst experience with any shipping company in my 30 years experience. Not worth saving any money using their DHL.

Their drivers are so ignorant and lazy they cant follow a one-sentence direction on how to use a call box to Grant access into a gated community not to mention the gate was propped open because my neighbor had an open house today they never even tried to deliver the package
