For me theres nothing more important than keeping everyone in the office safe and Red Truck helps me with just that! Their technicians are really professional and thorough and they always give me a heads-up when its time for another inspection. Their team also helped me equip my office properly when I started out and weve been working ever since. Great team & great service!

Not professional representatives/workers mislead of services/prices. On Monday 22nd Mr. Perry Lenz show up in to my shop offering his services, I ask him how much to refill the fire extinguishers he said $13 each and I agreed, very low price I thought. He said, I will send a technician on Wednesday and yes he show up and identified himself as a worker of Red Truck Fire & Safely Company. He proceeded to do the refills and at the end he was charging me $98 for the service including $39 for service call, and for repairs and part replacement to the units. I never call them for service they came to my shop to offer it. Conclusion, the agent who offered the service is not informing you of the real prices and the technician is not getting authorization for repairs he just did it without asking for repair authorization. Bad service and lack of communication.

I called in and talked to Rachael over the phone and she was a great help. I would recommend them if you need your fire extinguishers updated. They were able to come out to my job and service them right away. From here on out they have our business. Thanks again for the great service.

Brayan R was by far the best installer i have ever met in my life. He called ahead and let me know when he would be here. i told him we close soon and he got over here faster than thought. i am writing this review at 4:31. he came in and serviced the extinguisher then mounted it in about 7 minutes. this guy is great! request Brayan every time people. He is the BEES KNEES.

So disappointed with this company, I send an email to get a quote and do not hear from them until I send a few more emails ! When i finally get a hold of someone to get a technician out here the tell me that they will be here on Tuesday and they dont show until Thursday and then when i ask the tech he says they should have let me know. I am sorry but i have a company to run and they are not responding to emails, think i will be finding a new company to do business with !!! to bad i couldnt give them 0 stars ! FYI... they are still not responding to my emails from yesterday and today.
