Do not use this company! Management is a joke and their techs with the exception of maybe 2 are horrible. Ive had to walk them through their own job several times. Missed all of our PMs last year and asked why, said COVID-19. So my building doesnt need to be up to code? The Fire Marshall thinks it should! You never rescheduled you never said anything. $325 per hour and time starts when they leave the office. Scheduling is horrendous, billing is disconnected. I regrettably tried to stick out with them, over 3 years. Bad choice.
The customer service here seriously needs better improvement. In the last few days I’ve called so many times, transferred between 3 employees each time and they kept telling me they would call me back as I was trying to set up services with them for the 45+ locations I have. After 4 calls yesterday alone they kept assuring me they would call back. They didn’t. I called them this morning and not only was the phone etiquette unpleasant but they told me they were not going to service the location, they could have told me that yesterday. We acquired some restaurants that they previously serviced plus our own and we were going to move all of our locations services to Cintas but after this you guys dropped the ball. There was some issue i assume with the previous person who we purchased their franchises. They were only servicing 4 locations of theirs we have over 45. Not only will we not be using the fire extinguishers services but we will also not be using the uniform services we were going to switch over to which was why I was calling to try and get a hold of someone to talk about a contract.
This is not a honest company they took over Metro Fire which I had used for 10 years and always paid the same rate of $275.00. I received a bill from Cintas for almost $800.00 they never even gave me a estimate for the work they were doing. It took me 6 months to have some one get back to me and all they did was insult me and treated me with a lack of respect and were very rude. I asked them to take me off their list and to never show up to my place again. For being such a large Corporation you would figure there would be some honesty but no there was none. Do not use this company.
This review is regarding your truck # 226768. Who ever drove this truck on April 16th at 7:45 am is a reckless driver at bare minimum. The only reason he or she didnt cause any physical injuries to motorists is the fact that all other drivers around him had to adjust their morning commute in a split second to not get hurt. The driver should be moved to a desk job or get fired for endangering others.
There is a Cinitas fire protection truck California license plate 05055S2 that is always parked outside of my residence. Why it is parked here for days on end really bothers me. The company should not have the employees driving the vehicles for personal use. There should be a facility in which the trucks stay at over night. On top of being parked outside my residence it’s always dirty. Lots of trash inside of it it’s just an eye sore. The fact that it’s always there makes me think the company is not professional to be having the employees just do what ever they want with the trucks on down time.
Our hotel used Cintas for many years. I wish I would have found out sooner that they overcharge for repairs and cheat you on the inspections. One of our most important inspections, they failed us multiple times and sent us an invoice for repairs in the thousands of dollars on different occasions for mistakes that they made.I know it sounds a bit confusing, but I dont want to make this review too long and you end up not reading it. Please trust me that this company is not good. They are not honest. The branch manager came to get my explanation of why we will stop using them and he said that he doesnt expect me to pay for that last mess of an inspection because of how horrible it sounded for us as the customer. Then, he emailed me a week later asking for payment. I requested to receive a money back guarantee as he quoted me (for how dissatisfied I was during this entire process) and he denied that he ever told me anything of the sort.Our hotel was a customer for many, many years...and they just treated me like nothing. What a terrible...terrible company...I am so sorry to those of you who have been ripped off by them. There are many other local companies in San Diego who are more honest and do a much better job.

Had an excellent experience today with our yearly service.Your representative Adam S did a great job and was very professional, apologizing to our guests if he felt like he had inconvenienced them, and waiting while i helped guests . He explained the process and worked with minimal guest impact.
