ATI was one of two options from my insurance for my kitchen restoration after a plumbing issue.All of the workers that came throughout the experience were kind, courteous, and great workers.There were some minor communication issues along the way that delayed things a bit, but it doesn’t affect my rating of them.When all was said and done, they did good work and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the whole process.And this all started about a week or two into COVID-19 when everything was uncertain. We finished up around mid-May.If you have remediation or restoration needs, the team at ATI is trustworthy and reliable.

Avoid using this company for ANY WORK.They broke my expensive bed frame moving my beds around without my permission. This was back in March when they promised us for a refund.Its been 4 months and they are still delaying writing us a check making all kinds of bs excuses.AVOID dealing with these charlatans.

We would give ATI 10 stars if we could.We experienced extensive water damage to our living area and to the floor below into our master bathroom and closet. Our wooden floors had to be repaired and resealed, our bathroom and closets sustained damage with repairs to the dry wall upstairs and downstairs.The staff treated us and our belongings with care and respect. ATI kept to the timeline and followed through with all of the tasks.It is difficult for owners to experience the disruption that occurs when disaster strikes. The ATI teams were systematic and responded to our concerns. We would highly recommend them. We wish to express our appreciation for a job well done. ATI was hired by an insurance company to respond to a small water leak that occurred within our home on Point Loma, in San Diego. First off, they tore out (about 100 sq ft) of bamboo flooring using a skill saw after having dried out the house using dehumidifiers and heaters for an entire week.. It was a bad move and a poor judgement call. It was obviously not planned out well, if at all.. It turns out that this particular bamboo flooring was specially imported from Asia and is not being manufactured any longer.. It took about 3 months of arguing with insurance to get the other 2700 sq ft of flooring approved for replacement, do to this simple and avoidable mistake. The next issue was that the flooring guys that they hired to replace the flooring broke the kitchen sink when they pulled out the dishwasher. It has been over three weeks now and we still do not have running water in our kitchen.. this should have been fixed IMMEDIATELY. They should not have left the job until it was fixed!! The lack of care and customer service that ATI has provided us has been less than acceptable, for these few reasons. The Project Management and planning at ATI seems to lack a sense of care and understanding. Hopefully, we will have running water in our Kitchen again soon. It has not been easy living in a house with 5 people who all cook, without a kitchen sink, for weeks, let alone a house under major repair for months, due to a simple and avoidable mistake that ATI made with tearing out the flooring. Poor judgement call(s) and a lack of research and planning at this organization. I would not recommend them to anyone.
