Super Easy to get an appointment and great interaction with my doctor.

I never thought I would say this but I actually look forward to seeing dr ramini. She is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever seen AND I feel great after our session. I am the luckiest girl in the world!!

All I know is that my therapist, Karyn Donado, is one of the warmest people I know and has helped me grow and cope with bipolar more than I would never have believed

Super easy to make an appointment and experienced very quick call back times when I had a few insurance questions. My doctor was super easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable. I would recommend this practice to any family, friend or stranger!

Dr. Ramineni was very accommodating and helpful. The technology (VSee) was not working for me though for a solid 5 minutes which was rather distressing. However, the staff helped out.

The provider interrupted me 4 times, despite the fact that each time, I was answering questions she asked me. When I brought this up to her, she claimed she did this because we had “limited time”. If we have too limited of time for a provider to treat their patients, we need to rethink our business model. She also told me she doesn’t prescribe an entire class of medications (which happens to be the class I was on). Can you imagine visiting the ER and your doctor says they “don’t practice medicine involving blood”? That’s like… a large portion of the kinds of medicine you’ll need to practice at the ER, buddy. If you don’t even prescribe medicines (even if they are the best medicine for your patient presenting with their symptoms), then why are you a psychiatrist? Is there some other function I could possibly need a psychiatrist for??All in all it was a waste of my time and my insurance company’s money. Towards the end the psych said she would be willing to put me back on the meds I already told her weren’t working for me and were causing horrible side effects, even though earlier in the call she said she didn’t feel like that class of meds was going to help me. She also said (after speaking over me for 23 minutes) that she doesn’t know me that well so she can’t be sure what will help. Well… which is it? She either knows me so well that she knows I can’t be helped with the other meds she is willing to prescribe, or she doesn’t know me enough to prescribe something that will actually work…?At the end of the call, she made sure to let me know that her other patients usually like her. This is NOT about using my time or money to bolster a psychiatrist’s ego.

Dr Bragg made me feel very comfortable and it was easy getting an appointment and connecting for the video visit!

I appreciate the time Dr. Bragg took with me to be thorough. He was a good empathetic listener and his recommendations were helpful.

I gave 5 stars because I could tell the Dr. was trying to have patience with me because I was having a hard time communicating over the video chat. Everything was great....I just wish we couldve met in person. I believe you can tell alot more about a person and there feelings if these types of visits are in person.

Receptionist Angela is absolutely horrible. Rude, gives out wrong information, interrupts patients and talks over them. I honestly don’t know how she has a job in health care she is awful.Today my doctor told me if I couldn’t afford to see her every three months that I should find another provider. I have been seeing her for years and we usually do 6 months if there is no med changes. But she says that’s not the case, and we have to meet every three months. I’m very disappointed with the service as a whole. They don’t seem to care about patients, just money. It was at the very end of our very short talk and she just threw it in there and then basically ended the call. Thanks for checking on me to see how all that made me feel!

Was quoted and billed three different prices for out of out of pocket sessions. Still havent gotten a straight answer.The initial intake paper work is lengthy and over kill.Found the website confusing.

Process of the different paper work that had to be done before was a bit confusing. But other than that overall experience was very positive.

So far my experience with Dr.Bragg is very positive and has left me optimistic. I will definitely be continuing using these services.

Care was cold and not compassionate. Unprofessional: the doctor told me that I was “frustrating” and that I was “unhelpable” if I can’t help myself. Granted, I did create a complicated situation by asking for problematic requests- but I feel it could have and should have been handled better. This was my first time seeking out professional help, and needless to say, it was a terrible experience. I’m in the most fragile mental state of my life and to hear what I was being told- it was not only incredibly discouraging, but damaging to an already crippling state of mind. I will not be returning- ever.

No glitches! The whole operation is seamlessly efficient.
