We had a really nice time paddling in Sail Bay! Genuinely friendly and professional rental team. They went out of their way to accomodate our timing and were very punctual. Equipment was in great condition, worked as expected. I would recommend paddling against the wind to start so that the trip back is easy sailing :)

Absolutely awesome last minute stand up paddle board experience. Picked up the boards at noon, went snorkeling and cave exploring in La Jolla Cove, saw a few leopard sharks, returned the boards at 6. On a busy Saturday in September. Glorious.

Had a great rental with SUP California. They were right on time and very helpful. Some of our group had never paddles before so we got a little instruction and pointers. It was a great time!

Our paddleboard delivery was prompt/on time even when I made a last minute change. I got great advice about the water temperatures and whether a wet suit was needed. My son had a great time and the prices were beyond reasonable, especially for a whole day rental. Equipment was clean and of good quality. Pickup was easy too, at the end of the day, and they are rapidly communicative over text. Would definitely rent again!

Carl was there even before I got there and I was early.I appreciated the help getting the Kayaks all set up on the beach and the good instruction that Carl gave regarding how to get on this paddle board since none of us had been on them before.I appreciated the information on the actual Bay Area and where to go and where not to go and the environment that was out there to watch for.Having 4 hours to enjoy the paddle boards was really a fantastic opportunity.It allowed us to have time to work at the paddle board for about an hour to take a break have at it again so it really was a good time and enjoyed the customer support such as being there to pick the kayaks up when we were done with them We didnt have to wait around and deal with the craft once we were done and ready to go on to our next facet of the day.

My 9 year old son wanted to learn to do SUP. We had so much fun and was very happy with Just Kayak Rentals. The service was amazing! They drop it off to you at the beach right on time and pick it up from you when youre done. Such friendly service and so simple to use! There is almost too many positive things to say about SUP California! It was mine and my sisters first time paddle boarding in San Diego and I choose this place because of its great reviews and holy cow did they not disappoint! We were greeted with smiles and truly down to earth folks who were so courteous to my sister and myself! They are very educated and helpful when it comes to staying safe out there on the water and gave us very helpful tips to keep us safe! While I was paddle boarding, I made the silly mistake of letting my paddle fall off of my board while taking pictures and it disappeared into the bay... but when I told the two amazing employees (sorry I forgot your names!) who helped us in the beginning what happened, they were super chill about it and we worked out a deal to replace the paddle I lost and they happily gave me a new one that I protected with my life! Overall, if you ever wanna paddle board or kayak, hit up these amazing people and they will give you an amazing experience you or your family will never forget! Thank you again SUP California! Finding the drop off for the rentals was very easy, the ease of being able to not worry about a two or three hour time frame for rentals was really nice. When we were all done using the SUP boards and we were told to call to meet for a drop off. Instead the workers were already at the drop off location so we just turned all of our gear in and went on our way. Very easy and simple set up and day. Would highly recommend to others!

Our experience with SUP California was all positive. we were assisted by Ben whos customer service skills were impeccable. From the time we called in to inquire to dropping off boards for pick up, Ben and his staff were very informative & welcoming. I would definitely recommend SUP California to friends and family. Dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and had a board in the water in 10 minutes. Three staff members were there over the few hours, all very friendly. The girl was very informative and gave me advice to not get lost, wish I remembered their names. I will go back to SUP CA next time I want to paddleboard. The price for all day is awesome!

First time paddle boarding and it was such a smooth and easy process that Im looking forward to doing it again soon.After booking the paddle boards we wanted, we received a confirmation email and text about where to meet and also who we should be expecting. The representative was waiting for us at the spot with the paddle boards ready prior to our reservation time and gave us a short rundown on how everything worked as well as tips and tricks for maintaining balance. After a few minutes and signing the waiver we were in the water and off on our own.When we were done, we sent the representative a message and he came to pick up the boards and there was no hassle or anything. Great experience, easy process, definitely recommended!

Just Kayak SD was great! Our SUP and Kayak rental showed up right on time and was carried out to the sand for us. I love that they offer a full day rental (10-4p) for nearly the same price as most 2-3 hr rentals. This allowed us to have leisurely time on the beach/bay and paddle out whenever we pleased. We text about 30min ahead of time for pick up at 3p (because... TACOS) and again, our pick-up was right on time and helpful. Looking forward to my next paddle!!

Great experience, they were there on time and on time to pick up the boards. Great place to board on, Sail Beach, no motorboats of any kind. We had to cancel because our cat got sick but they rescheduled us for the next day with no hesitation. I would recommend this company. Beautiful day.

Today a friend and I rented a paddle board at the last minute from these guys. Great experience. Reliable and friendly customer service. I had to change our reservation several times, including canceling 2 of our 3 boards 1 hour before our reservation time. They were super friendly and helpful about it and didnt change me anything for the two canceled boards except the credit card transaction fee. I was really impressed with this. My friend and I meet up at least once a year to paddle board together and Ill definitely be using these guys from now on.

EXCELLENT experience with SUP California! An absolute MUST DO!! SUP CA gave us unbeatable customer service and was able to accommodate our group of 5 on very short notice. They let us select the boards we wanted to rent and allowed us to take them exactly where we wanted - they even gave us discounted rental price! Stand up paddle boarding was much easier than I anticipated and being out in nature paddling on the Pacific Ocean was so nice, it just felt right. A perfect day. This has definitely been a highlight to my year so far. I absolutely recommend this experience and well definitely be renting stand up paddle boards again from SUP California before we leave San Diego. THANKS GUYS!!!

Great experience! I booked this the night before, and Colton sent me a text about an hour prior to our reservation time confirming and answering any questions. They were great with communication, pricing, and customer service. We texted him about 20 min before returning to shore to have the boards picked up, and he was right on time.
