I didnt spend a lot of time there. I was looking for a large tile saw. Sunbelt carries the Combi 250, which would work for my job. And it was a reasonable price. The service there was helpful and friendly.

Went there for a drum sander for hardwood floors. Rental went very smooth and they had all necessary accessories. Also prices are very reasonable.

Came in on a Thursday to rent concrete grinding equipment for the weekend. They offered to send a specialist (Larry) out to the job site to determine which equipment was needed. Larry inspected the concrete that same day and determined exactly what was needed, further he demonstrated how to use the grinder when he dropped it off the following day. The experience was excellent and frankly I would have been lost without Larry’s expertise. I spend significant time online researching what I thought I needed but as Larry demonstrated standard diamond grinding inserts would have been frustratingly slow and specialty inserts were required. The floor came out great and I was able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time while creating essentially zero dust!

They always have what I need

Completely wasted my time and lied about having equipment in stock and it being ready for my project. Despite several calls days prior and even the morning of they left me hanging. For small projects go to home depot.

Just to give some context, I run an annual outdoor festival, which typically gets a few hundred people. Ive done three of these events but havent needed a larger generator until this year.Staff: The management is helpful, but the guys on the floor and helping with the equipment were really what made this experience great. They knew what I needed, worked hard to get me all the pieces (although I came to them last minute), and seemed genuinely happy to help. Great team!Equipment: The generator I ordered was huge, and they were very upfront and honest about my ability to move it with my vehicle, and the type of support I needed. Everything was checked and double-checked, and I was thoroughly pleased with how it operated.Pricing: BJs Rentals has very competitive pricing, which is why I went with them.I loved working with BJs Rentals and will continue to do so in the future!Thank you!
