Recruiter Cole Houck contacted me saying I would be great for a Kaiser position and insisted he found my application on Indeed( which I found unusual because my indeed account is set to private) either way I was in need of a job so went along with the application process. He had me apply & complete the assessment twice for Kaiser. We then completed a prep interview through video chat and had me believe there would be interviews immediately for the position. Didn’t hear anything after our prep interview and did not reply when I asked him about the position. Complete waste of people’s time and unprofessional. At least communicate with people instead of leading them on.

Personal contact. Thats what differentiates my Insight Global experience from most other agencies. As employment candidates we are not people, we are a commodity. Thats the way it is, and I can accept that. What makes the employment search difficult and depressing is the number of corporate and agency recruiting operations where the candidates are never more than a commodity. At Insight Global I have a recruiter, Shannon, who is on top of MY situation and is always there to respond to my emails, and not just with a canned reply but always with a personal, friendly thought. As a professional, I always appreciate his efforts with any work situations that arise in this working economy; from pay increases through time off to spend with family. I have worked for many Temp Agencies but I will never work with this agency ever again. My experience was not good from the beginning but I thought it would get better but I was wrong.. just because they have a nice office in a high rise does not make them any better then the small agencies I have worked with in the past. Think very carefully before you sign up with this agency. I was told I would be working in a call center and when I reported to work I was working in the sales department. I dont have any job history of Sales, the agency never told me there was a change in job description .

This agency is so professional, with highly-qualified, brilliant recruiters!They have access to better jobs for office support workers; they work hard to represent candidates well. I cannot recommend recruiter Katie Eidam enough for her dedication and encouragement through the job application process, and coaching/politely prodding me through each step as needed. The only issue that came up for me was the unwieldy amount of paperwork required to be done in multi-steps on different dates for a certain job; I realize, however, that for legal reasons, one must fill out electronic stacks of paperwork now when applying for jobs. Gone are the days of filling out just a tax form or two to get through a job application, sigh.

When I had left that job they provided me, I had talked to my hiring agent about my personal stuff that was still at my office space. They said not to go back that they will get it for me. Well after a month later, I never got a response. Then they said they would look into it more and still no response for another month. I had to go through another manager because my hiring manager didnt help me at all and she lied about saying she was going to get my stuff. Did they reimburse me for what I had lost? Nope! I would never go through them again, I wouldnt recommend them either.

One of their staff contacted me found my resume on careerbuilder. Everything seem to have went well we had the face to face meeting using remote access mobile devices. One of their other staff suppose to get back to me however it never happen I never heard from her. I reached out to the first staff that contact me and nothing no reply, nothing at all.Basically it fell into a black hole I should have expected nothing better because its a common practices from most of these head hunting companies. Either theyre collecting your e-mail to sale them on the side or theyre collecting your references list so they can e-mail them or put them on a spam list to send them jobs they dont want. You get the picture.I would stay away from insight global, theyre also pretty bad in the lower 48s. Do a search on google and youll see. But like most head hunters or Agents as they call themselves because they enjoy giving themselves these made up titles. Its best to go directly to the company yourself and applying directly. Dont waste your time with head hunters.Also the false reviews that you might find for example the one with the 5 stars. Ms James works for them, real cool guys, very progressive.So basically I would give them no stars at all but what can one expect from these types of companies right ? In todays garbage job market it would be best to e-mail people back instead of just hiding and hoping for the job seeker to disappear. This tactic that has been going around and being pass along to other head hunting companies has gotten childish. Maybe its best to e-mail the job seeker and tell them up front that the job that is being marketed has been filled or is closed or anything instead of leaving the job seeker hanging. Thats not how you do business.

Unprofessional guys. Never read your resume, before they call you. Looks like a fake organisation, which is just trying to collect your personal data. Never answering your questions. Cannot provide companys name. I was talking with Pamela Flores. Very disappointed!

Really poor service, they pay late and DO NOT keep in contact with you. The reps are rude and assume blame to everyone but themselves. I was paid 5 weeks late, along with my rep going on vacation for a week without telling me or having another recruiter help me till she returned, screwed up the ship to address for my check TWICE, had me sign two different stop payments for a course of 4 weeks just to finally get the total amount wired on the 5th week Monday. The Labor Board has recommenced me to file a flame. If you are looking for a staffing agency that treats you with respect and not some expendable degenerate, Insight Global is NOT the place for you.
