I went to your place based on the excellent reviews Mr.Joesph.However when I went to purchase a new RTD, I was confronted awkwardly by one of your coworkers who wouldnt even say hello to me or let alone talk to me. When I asked for his name I could barely make out the name Kurt, since he spoke kind of quietly. I then asked if I could speak to another coworker, and I once again couldnt understand him, when I asked again he just walked off. That was my first and last time at your place Joe, please get employees that know how to communicate with customers. It was very unhelpful and a waste of my time.

I have purchased all my custom made thermocouples and RTDs from Joe and his screw for the last 20 years. The work is excellent. I have never had issue with anything that I purchased here. Rather it is a standard or Custom Design they have gotten it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. They have taken care of me every time I needed equipment without this appointment. I have absolutely no reservations recommending thermax for anyone needing temperature measurement or calibration equipment.

Been buying all of my Cal Controllers from Joe for over 15 years and will continue to for years to come...
