Don’t Go here Horrible Customer Service .

HVAC in San Diego seems to have a monopoly. Inquired about procuring a 12 wye part. Licensed A and B contractor cannot buy from them, they say. There has to be something in the books about how a company can discern who they sell their product to; there is usually a membership scheme in place. This seems highly unethical and borderline illicit.

Showed up at 7am on saturday and it was closed with not a soul in site, hung around for awhile and nobody showed up 9/15/2018.
