Very rude, easy to get annoyed agent who helped me last time i went. She seems unhappy and short tempered at slightest thing. Very standoffish and argumentative. I also notice the agents like to chit chat, which slows things down and they easily get lost in transition and have to ask me repeated questions. Ive used them in the past and found their customer service online, email, and phone very unresponsive. The first time i mailed a package, some items were missing on arrival to my wife in Pinas. I sent email complaining and they responded quickly. I was supposed to get follow up, but never heard back after several attempted emails. I tried calling and got passed around and all they could say was yes sir. No power to do anything, robots! They got my money and dont care about happy customer, which is typical for Pinas. Im Filipino and its true businesses there only want your money, customer service is not in their vocabulary or mindset. After 3 bad experiences, we decided to not use LBC.
Very slow service. Poor interpersonal customer service. Tellers engage in too much personal, non-business related talks that delay transactions. Long lines and waiting are regular mode of operations. Better help obtained if you call the office in PI.

I request for packages picked up on late April 2021, .then tracked them 2months later and found out that its close to destination, .few weeks went by and I tracked it again and found out that its still there in the same location, .the same port for 6weeks now, .over a month. I sent those packages on late April and its already August. Everytime I called, .I get the same answers. It is on the same port for 6weeks and nothing get done

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. No one showed up or called for pick up time. Called them 2 times before pick up time and both agents said it was verified and confirmed. Called before 6 pm and the agent said it was confirmed but not manifested. WTH. Poor communication skills, no one apologized for the inconvenience. No one answered my question as to why no one called for an update or said that no pick up will happen today. Wasted a whole day waiting.

I sent 2 boxes to Manila, everything went well from the time i spoke with Morris from pick up to tracking of boxes. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was delivered ahead of the other box with a big hole on the box. Some of the items were missing. The other box arrived a week after. I filed a complaint to Miramesa branch but Morris treated me like i was the suspect instead of apologizing. I showed him the proof, the video, photo and the declaration but the way he questioned me was very offending. Then he apologized and told me that he will forward the complaint to the main branch and I have to expect for a call from Manila for further investigation. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called the branch for follow-up, spoke with Morris, he was so rude in responding and told me that it will take months to process my claim. Obviously, I have to call the branch because it was their branch who picked up my boxes while i can understand that they have to do their investigation, but I was expecting some courtesy/good customer care instead of him doubting on my claim. Very frustrating dealing with him, whether he is the store manager or a team lead, the truth remains he is still the one managing the store and it is his responsibility to take care of LBCs customer concerns. It is more than one month now but didnt hear from them.
First time to send LBC box from this place. Read some of the negative comments. So was a bit worried but prepared for the worst. But surprise that everything went sooo smooth. There was a gentleman and a lady there and there were a lot of people, boxes etc..when I arrived. Still even with the pandemic. Both were very helpful, friendly and above all professional in handling each customer while emphasizing safety protocols. Give them 2 thumbs up. And Super salamat po ate and kuya. Came in Thursday @ 400pm 8Oct 2020. Place was packed with boxes and customers. But again great customer service.
Worst customer service via phone. I was sorting out the scheduling for pick up and spoke to both hotline and the actual branch. The person I spoke with via phone when I called this branch is Morris, in the middle of us speaking, he suddenly picked up another call and we got disconnected. While we were speaking he said LBC good morning then we were disconnected. You would think with their rates, you could at least get a decent phone call that wouldve resolved the concern (good or bad). But they charge the same rate as pick up even when you drop it off.
No one answers the phone after 10 attempts. Not that friendly staff. You do not expect a greeting or a smile, but IGNORED when I went to the office. NO HELP if you carry a large box to their office. The staff just watched you struggled. I will go to FOREX or ATLAS. LBC seemed to be going downhill. Sad.:(
They don’t have customer service at all!! A lady was helping me but she kept talking to the other lady that’s also being help by another lbc employee, so I finally said ATE I’M IN A HURRY which is true. She then said oh I’m not just talking to her I’m promoting our promo, so then I told her that SHE DOESN’T NEED 2 PEOPLE TELLING HER ABOUT THE PROMO! This lady moves like a turtle no customer service at all.

I schedule for pick up 4 boxes I was told that the pick up time is from10am to 1pm . I specifically told the LBC personnel to call my cell number but apparently they have a bad communication and I tried calling to check if they are coming to pick up or not cause I have been waiting and no one showed up instead I tried calling again not only rudeness Ive heard from LBC personnel also swearing . I will never recommend nor do remittance, air cargo other transaction with this freaking rude employee. So sad too many complaints against LBC Im hoping that they will closed soon.
The person who come to pick up is very nice, although last time they forgot that I have scheduled a pick up, but if you call back they will still come to pick up.
LBC Sucks! I send 3 Boxes before my arrival so I know Ill be receiving it and i know whats in the box. It was very full that i cant even hardly closed the box. So, when I got the box, it was half full and my big lotion like Nivea was gone, VS, some toothpaste were missing, and the form that i fill out to know whats in the box wasnt there anymore, so whats the point of filling it out? To put whats in it? So LBC workers can steal it.? After soo many years I used the LBC and i didnt realized until I found it to myself. Never use LBC again.
We have sent 2 boxes from US to Oriental Mindoro. So far, they all arrived to their destination in good condition. Though 1 arrived late due to custom issue but they informed me via phone what was going on and told me the ETA of the delayed box. So far, ive experienced good service from the people in the office. I get responses whenever I call.
LBC mira Mesa is more reliable taking phone calls to make an appointment for pick up .Thank you Wilma.

I went to LBC Mira Mesa Branch yesterday to send balikbayan box & money. I was very disappointed in how this guy named: MORRIS treated me. He was very arrogant, no etiquette to customers, very rude if you answer to the customer that you think he is the owner of LBC nor is he Manager. In short, no one knows about customer service called. I’ve been a customer at LBC for about 25+ years I never encountered anything like this. I already called customer care, and even sent an email to their corporate office. I cant help but wonder why he is still working when you look at the reviews / comments of customers on his many complaints and the issue is almost the same for him. This person seems to have an attitude problem. So I wonder does LBC officials tolerate this behavior of their employees ?!
