Allstate Courier really saved the day. Long story short, I dont live in San Diego. I sent presentation books to a hotel in San Diego but because of flight cancellations the books needed to be at the meeting site. I frantically called a few places no answer. I tried calling the car service who we rented for the day but they told us bc of Comicon they didnt have a driver who could make the extra stop before going to the airport. Finally and thankfully, I found Allstate and they answered their phone! Thank you for answering your phone during after hours!! Rep was very nice, handled my request, took down all the details correctly. Package picked up and delivered and crisis adverted! I called back and spoke to Irwin and he was just as friendly and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable, customer service is extremely friendly and helpful.
