My law firm has used Tim and Southwest Legal Services for years. They are incredible. Super communicative and professional. Get the job done when you need it done, even when its a last minute or highly urgent request. Better yet, they often get the job done in one attempt. I have used larger companies, like One Legal, and feel as though they go through the motions at times in trying to complete a serve. Tim and his team just get it done, and fast. Highly, highly recommend.

I sent the documents a week and half before I needed them served. They didnt even start to try to serve them until a week later. I then receive an email that the fee will be double because oops they missed a form but got told Im lucky that they caught it. They didnt catch it before they served it though because then they couldnt charge me again. It feels like a big scam. Poor communication throughout. Lack of attention to detail. I recommend if you use them to not send anything electronically and expect to have it done at the last minute and extra fees tagged on. Dont use them if youre on a timeline or need to have confidence in who youre hiring. Theyll purposefully wait until youre up against a wall so they can collect more fees. Im really disappointed because this service came recommended to me. I dont recommend them at all. I couldve paid a urgent service fee and it would be less than paying twice.
