I have been using South Coast Copy Systems for quiet a while and I honestly would never migrate away from them. They have unreal customer service, great communication, and I never have to worry about inks or maintenance. They are extremely easy to work with. I am very comfortable recommending them to my friends and anybody else. Im looking forward to many more years of business together.

An incredibly efficient, organized and friendly place to obtain copy equipment. We were simply moving from one building to another and they were there to accommodate us with no hassle. The company I work for uses South Coast Copy Systems to service our HP printers and we also purchase our ink from them as well! The service techs are friendly and efficient! When we order ink, it usually comes the next day - which is super helpful when we forget to order and are in a tough spot! Their pricing is often times cheaper than Staples and you get more personal service! I highly recommend this company for service and ink!!!

I value honesty, customer service and integrity.This may sound strange, but I would describe the sale process as honest and straightforward. He went above and beyond to get me the right equipment and I am totally satisfied and happy with my machine. I would recommend this company to any business large or small. One of their reps has been calling my office for over two years - literally harassing my staff. He will call multiple times in a day. We have asked politely for him to stop (EVERY TIME) yet he keeps calling. The disruption and irritation this causes is truly unnecessary. If I did need a new company to work with, I would steer clear of this one due to their complete lack of concern for our request.
I love how technologically advanced they are! They see the error codes usually before I do and can send us toner as soon as it says its low! Great Service!

We’ve had multiple interactions with SCCS and their staff members and I must say, they have been patient and very understanding through the entire process. Months ago, we received a referral and took a meeting with Jared and Kecia to possibly replace our current print service contracts. They arrived to the corporate office on time and ready to address our questions and concerns. Like many businesses out there, we had to go through the process of internal vendor management and obtaining multiple bids in order to select the correct company to partner with. After many months, we contacted Jared and requested that he come out for another meeting in order to provide us with a bid for multiple locations across multiple cities and states. He has been nothing but professional and prompt, even through the months where there was a lack of communication from us.We will continue to update our reviews as our relationship progresses but we look forward to possibly doing business with SCCS.
