My company has used R3 to service our Konica Minolta copier for many years now. They always come out quickly and are familiar with the machine so repairs are quick and easy. Weve never had to pay anything beyond our service contract. All the techs are friendly as are the ladies answering the phones. I had been dealing with one of the owners, Roger for years. And when he and two others, Ron and Allen started R3, I was able to go over to them for all my machines services. Everyone is nice there, their service it top notched. Techs are very knowledgeable about the gear they work on, even is it happens to be very old. I have recently leased a production machine which beats my other production machine hands down. I have Xerox Versant 3100 Press I am very pleased with the machine.
