Have been going every year! Love it

#52 is excellent. Clean, nice view, well tended, basic amenities provided. The ONLY drawback is the nightclub nearby is loud on the weekends & easily heard through closed doors/windows until about 2am. In spite of this I would totally use this rental again.

I had a wonderful view of Pacific Beach! My entire suite was super clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The building is super close to fun eateries - Donut Bar, Baked Bear, and Breakfast Republic, to name a few. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would be happy to use the premises again!

Location location location. The place is older but clean. As long as you know what you are getting into it is a nice place/ experience

Unit 68... ouch. The number one essential in a rental property or hotel, is cleanliness. This unit is unclean, unkept. Dirty/filthy. Smells very badly including furnishing, bedding and especially carpet.No air. Screen door fell off just now. Contacted management, nothing. Trying to relocate, have to relocate. Dont stay in unit 68!

Absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to anything you need (bars, bus stops, restaurants, grocery stores), indoor assigned parking. The unit we stayed in had all the beach gear you’d need complimentary. Definitely 10/10 would recommend these condos!

Can walk to some super restaurants. The beach is clean and family friendly. Pleasant neighbors. Love watching the sun set. Walked out to the end of the pier and watched the dolphins go by. Walk down Garnet for all tbe little shops and restaurants and drinking places. Wouldnt stay any where else. Most of the tenants are over 50. We love it!

This rental property is really outdated with many areas that need to be addressed prior to renting again. It has the feel of college students apartment or dorm room. Air intake for the bathrooms is covered in so much dust that they dont appear they have been cleaned in 2019 or 2018 either. The kitchen is in need of a remodel because the cabinets are old and broken, furthermore, the kitchen lighting has some problems, the lights are not working right and have tiles popped up. There are multiple light switches that dont seem to work anything. I saw other units in the same building that are up to date and looked like maybe the large amount of rent we paid should be used to update this unit as well.There are 3 televisions in the unit but only the television in the living area is up to date, the televisions in the bedrooms are from the 1980s. Plus the only updated television in the living area is very confusing and difficult to operate with the remotes provided since the tv remote is not in the unit you must use the button behind the tv to use it.The three beds (couch bed included) are very uncomfortable, maybe invest in Nectar bedding or Tuff n Needle or something. There is also noair-conditioning so you have to sleep with the windows open, which would not be a problem if the early morning deliveries to the local businesses and late evening bar activities were not so noisy. So much for quite a time from 9pm to 8am.The location is great, just steps from the beach, but the parking spaces are a bit tight if you owned a large vehicle like ours.In conclusion, for the amount of money paid to rent this condo we feel it should have been more updated and comfortable.

Awesome location with one car underground tenant parking. Right on the beach and most units have great views. Popular local breakfast diner across the street called konos.

The view is amazing would so recommend as it has good rooms for good prices

This building is not accommodating to families who bring their own bikes to ride around on. BEWARE of Holly ( the building HOA president) she is an unpleasant person who actually threw my families bikes outside of the building while we were unloading our luggage in our room because we didnt have a sticker to use the bike rack? My family was fortunate that our bikes were not stolen as they were in plain view along busy pacific beach.She thinks she has authority to physically take possession of your property and remove it.We will not be returning solely due to Hollys insensitive, illegal actions.

We rented unit #5. So so loud bar with band across the street. Couch worn, ugly, dirty sheets on it. Rug in LR. filthy. Constant reprimanding by neighboor. (We have 3 little girls) We didnt know property is retired seniors. No water view at all. Would have loved to bring my dog was told not allowed but dogs in other units. Rented ocean view unit in past it was fantastic.

The best location in Pacific Beach- right on the pier and near everything. Yolanda has a great selection of properties at close to the beach- shes at seven six zero 712 3371 and answers her own phone- straight shooter and well connected on the beach.

We rented unit 13 from airbnb. Great condo, clean and comforable. Right on the beach

Super outdated kitchen - the cabinets were literally sticky. Carpet brown and splotchy. Undergarments left in drawers, sand in unwanted places from previous rentors. Also, there was a loud bar across the street. But there was a small ocean view.

Loved it just a few minor issues with stuff missing that a unit like this should have.
