I had a horrible experience at one of their hotels (shattered window patched with masking tape, loose doorknob, broken fixtures, shards of glass on the bathroom floor, etc.), and spoke with Jacob in Operations about my experience. He assured me I would get a reply in 2 days. It has been 3 WEEKS, with me calling almost daily and emailing. They wont return or take my calls, they wont respond to my emails, and I have been calm, patient and polite. This has been a horrible experience, and I will never stay at one of their hotels again! If you want a horrible experience compounded by negligent management, the look no further!
We have been working with Hotel Investment Group for over 4 years and we are extremely happy with their communication and professionalism. Their staff is easy to work with and they know what they are doing in the hospitality industry.
Stayed at Point Loma hotel. Disgusting. Stayed one night and left the next day. Turned in the keys to the office and asked to speak to a manager. We stayed the one night so we wanted the second night refunded. Tried to get ahold of a “manager” for two days since they’re the only ones who can authorize a refund. I asked the office, who do you callIncase or emergency or problems? She claimed they can’t call anyone, it’s all thru email. This is place is a joke. AVOID!
DO NOT SEEK EMPLOYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY! The holiday Inn Express in the picture is the only branded hotel and it is failing. The rest of their nine hotels are run down independents dumps where they just suck the money out of guests. It’s true can be verified
Yikes
