Great boat rental and excellent service. It was an unforgettable evening with amazing sunset views.With the pandemic, there’s not a lot of open air activities that are still operating. Sunset cruise from Seaforth is definitely one of the best outdoor activities now. With fantastic view of the bay of San Diego and the mesmerizing sunset scenery, we had a lot of funs.Starting from embarking the boat, our skipper was super friendly. He tried to accommodate all of our needs and gave us extra 15 minutes cruise time. He brought us to the bay and went through the Coronado bridge. While going through the bridge we had one of most speculate sunset views. With the bridge as the forth ground, we took so many stunning sunset pictures.We also were able to see the navel base from a distance. I was awed by the awesome warships on display. So proud to be an American.As we coming back from the bay cruise, with the sun disappeared into darkness, the beautiful skyline of downtown San Diego lit up. Another picture taking opportunity for us.Overall, this was an awesome evening for all of us. Thank you Seaforth for giving us an amazing evening.Parking was easy as Seaforth rental area has its own parking lot. But the cost was a bit high.

Outstanding service. Rented a sailboat from Harbor Island and couldnt be happier. The staff was great getting us going and meeting us upon return. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was well equipped, in very good condition and ready to go. I will absolutely rent from them again during my next visit to SD.

The yacht we rented was in good conditions, except that the yacht was not perfectly clean.The lady who did the checkin / checkout was extremely unfriendly and offended me in front of all of my crew when we checked out.There was a miscommunication between the office and her - we were told that we can pick up the boat at 10am and so we showed up at 10am already but the boat was not yet there and the lady was annoyed that we were there too early. We were also told (on the phone) that we can bring the boat back until 7pm. We actually brought it back 6:35pm and then the lady was offending me.The customers after us received the boat without any cleaning. We left the boat not in bad conditions at all but a standard cleaning can be expected, especially during COVID times...I will not rent there anymore because for this price, a little bit of friendlyness and flexibility could be expected.

Perfect day

The best sailing experience I have had yet. Captain Murphy took my mom and I out on a wine tasting sunset cruise. He was so charismatic and knowledgeable (ask him anything about anything and he probably has the answer), and gave us a sailing experience that we will remember forever. This is the best sailing company in San Diego bar none! Book with them!

We rented a sailing yacht from seaforth while my father-in-law was in town a couple weeks ago and had such a great experience. My husband and his dad love to sail and we had a couple issues with our boat but Seaforth took GREAT care of us! I give a 5 star review on customer service!

Had a great experience taking the ASA 101 course. Every time we rent we are always greeted by a friendly staff member and a quick check in process.

Ive been a member of the sailing club for over a decade and have always been really happy with the service. The boats are always kept in good shape and it is awesome to step off the dock and onto a fully rigged and fueled up boat for a day of sailing.

Took the Sailing 101 class through here and it was great. The instructor was a great guy with a lot of sailing experience.

I rented a Catalina 250 and took it around the bay. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The boats are clean and ready to go.

Great service and excellent place to rent boat for the day

We were disappointed in the age and condition of the boats. The porta potty was not secured, had not been emptied and sloshed around each time we tacked, causing it to leak. The pee smell wafted into the cockpit. We had our things inside the cabin and they all smell like pee. Pretty gross.

Dont bother calling. You will be directed to the website for prices with very little other information if you have questions, then too bad. :(
