Letizia, thank you so much for opening up and decorating the cottage patio area for my husband and I to celebrate our 18 year anniversary. Since we got married at the cottage we were so excited to go back and reminisce. The cottage looks more romantic and charming than we remember it. I delivered a cake there yesterday and found the venue absolutely perfect and beautiful. It is the perfect place for small weddings. The cake had a perfect spot..inside the well decorated AND SHADED gazebo and there is a lighted metal sign thats says Love. Any bride and groom would be happy there. I had my wedding on 8-22-20 the owner Letizia did a wonderful beautifully job on my wedding day. She sure care a lot and shes a nice person. And the photographer he was a great nice experience person. My husband and I are thankful for everything. We really enjoyed our beautiful wedding day.

If you are thinking of using this venue I highly recommend you RUN not walk away. Booking this venue for my cousin was a nightmare. The new owner Leticia is the most disrespectful, unorganized and rude business owner Ive ever had to deal with in my life. Sadly we had to deal with this venue during COVID19 and she still had no sympathy toward our family. If you want a smooth and stress free wedding day this is not the place for you. Let me break down all the reasons no bride should ever deal with this company:1- The venue is located on a very busy Main Street in San Diego and its loud. If your looking for a quiet venue, this is not for you.2- You are only allowed to have 20 cars parked in their lot so if your having more than 20 guests, this is not the place for your wedding3- The owner is horrible at communicating and has many excuses as why it takes you multiple calls, emails and texts to get a response from her. It literally took her weeks sometimes to respond.4-If you have an emergency or even a PANDEMIC beyond your control, they will steal your deposit and you will NOT be refunded.5- The most important point is the owner made us feel less than human, this is my cousins first wedding and I feel so horrible that she had to go through such a sad experience during a time that is suppose to be so special and precious.

Got married here 18 yrs ago. Came back today to reminisce. Owner was super nice and set up the patio for us to spend time in it.

Wonderful wedding chapel, would recommend having your wedding here. Our sons wedding was perfect!

My late husband and I were married at this sweet little cottage. The place is lovely for a small wedding near San Diegos beaches. The outdoor patio area can host a small reception party. We had the on-site minister perform our wedding ceremony. The cottage chapel offers other wedding services too. Simple but beautiful place to be married in the presence of family and close friends.

I was first hesitant of the location for photography purposes. It is located near a busy area. However, being in the venue you wont seem to notice much but I highly suggest to pick your own photographer, one you can trust. Mark does a wonderful job communicating and getting things ready prior. although I do wonder why he doesnt have a mate to help in some focuses. But the whole outline of our schedule made the wedding flow effortlessly.I do believe there could be some minor updates but the food and especially the baker makes up for it. Can not express enough how delicious the cake was! Everyone until this day asks about it. I do like his mantra of ensuring us to not worry. There were some details I had to let go due to not wanting to stress about it.But thank you Mark!I do suggest this place for anyone who wishes o have an intimate wedding!

Beautiful Venue!! You can feel the love instantly when you are there. New management did a crazy good job and made it look so nice. Highly recommend having any event there!

Went to a service for the passing of a dear friends mother, his mother was actually married there over 40 yrs ago so I was shocked to find out that it has been around that long. I grew up in PB and Rose Creek Cottage was at the bottom of the hill from my house, hadnt been inside ever until now. Very small, but nice. Very comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a small intimate gathering. I thought it was a perfect little place to say goodbye and celebrate a wonderful life.

All of the staff at the chapel seem so happy to help you so I am mystified by the bad reviews about the staff. All of my guests loved it as well. My assistant used this chapel to get married earlier in 2017 and only had good reviews. So if you have only a handful or 40 people please go visit this chapel. It has brought my husband and I luck and 30 years of happiness. You have got better with age.

Rose Creek Cottage is the perfect place for a small wedding. It is the cutest chapel and reception space. Mark was so helpful. He worked with us and was very patient with our many changes. If you are looking for a smaller intimate venue look here.

Absolutely gorgeous venue with owners that truly care about the families involved! They want the wedding to look fantastic as badly as the bride does and they do whatever they can to make that happen. HIGHLY recommend!

Rose Creek Cottage was such a Great place for my Wedding!!! I cant express how convenient the place was and how Mark worked with me on every detail of my wedding and also worked in little changes that happened toward the end, my guest list was suppose to be 25 guests but quickly turned into 45, as soon as i let Mark know he worked with me. It was a great experience. Im not a rich person, and this was a very affordable venue. For me it was hard finding a place for such a small guest list at first and at Rose Creek they have affordable packages. My wedding went exactly the way i wanted it too. I only had my Ceremony here but it was perfect !!!!!!!!!!!! Would recommend this place to everyone i know.

Rose creek was a great location for a small intimate ceremony. Mark was a very helpful wedding coordinator. He helped put a ceremony Together with only a month notice and provided a cake last minute for a great deal.Professional photographer they used made crowd laugh and captured some great pictures.

This place is great for small wedding ceremonies. Its easy to find with Google maps and close to the freeway. It beautifully decorated inside and back patio. The photographer provided is a MUST! He is awesome and really knows how to take pictures.

It is a most awesome little place if youre not having a big wedding I so would love to get married there but like everything else for weddings its just too darn much for us🤣

I really cannot describe how greatful I am to have my wedding here. Since its new ownership the place did a whole 360 and the place is just so damm beautiful. I would get my wedding done here a million times more and would recommend anybody to get it done here as well.

Mark is amazing! Very helpful wedding planning is very stressful and if ur like me doing it in a week makes it even more stressful, but mark made it easy. The cottage is beautiful! Breath taking is more like it. If you are on budget or not this is the place!! Thank you Mark for what you do and making it easier and less stressful

After visiting many venues and consulting with many wedding planners we found Rose Creek Cottage. The rose creek cottage was just what my partner and I were looking for. We are very grateful with the staff and all the accommodations we received.

I married my husband 18 years ago at the Rose Creek Cottage. For our anniversary this year we are having dinner under the gazebo on the beautiful patio just where we stood 18 years ago. We love living locally and each time we pass by we just have to pull into the shade covered driveway and take a peek in! The flower lined patio with gazebo is the PERFECT romantic place to have a wedding, or renew vows, or have a lovely dinner for two 18 years later! The co-owner Mark has been so gracious with our planning this next event. He had wonderful suggestions and was very understanding what we wanted. He even helped us with the costs! I look forward to returning to the cottage and hope your special event is as lovely as ours, blessings.

I wanted to write a review because the service that Mark provided was exceptional, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience for myself, or my wife!Mark was warm, kind, considerate throughout our time together. For instance, during the wedding ceremony he knew intuitively when to slow things down to give me subtle cues to know what to do next, and I cant tell you how much that was appreciated!Mark demonstrated a quiet confidence in his ability to provide the knowledge and necessary accoutrements to pull off something as big and important as a wedding, and make it a wonderful experience too! We both felt reassured by him throughout the process, and knew we were in good hands!My wife recently told me he was born on Valentines Day, and I thought how apropos because he is such a natural fit to his profession.I cant thank him enough for everything he did for us!Richard and Annie

Everything went according to plan and was very well organized. The ambiance of a quaint cottage was perfect for our wedding. The food and cake were awesome and the flowers were beautiful. I would highly recommend Rose Creek Cottage to anyone who would want a quaint venue and reception.

Though it was a bit difficult to plan my husband and Is wedding due to me being on deployment, Mark helped us plan the wedding we have imagined. Everything we wanted we got. He was extremely helpful, and not only that he is genuine. He actually cares about the true meaning of marriage. We recommend this place to anyone.

I got married there in 1984 its a very Charming cute little cottage for small weddings. Comes with a coordinator, is able to be very helpful and answer most of your questions.

I was married there in July and everything went wonderful! From the ceremony, to the reception, to the food and cake. It was a perfect wedding day. Thank you!

Not a bad venue, helpful and kind staff but the place could definitely use a refurb and deep cleaning.

I had my vow renewal there and had a great time and so did my guests. Mark was helpful and guide us threw it all.
