I bought a Mercedes 280sl awhile ago from this dealer, and the first time I took it out in the rain after owning it for 2 weeks, it leaked badly from the hard top. Interestingly, it wasnt even raining that hard. I spoke with the owner and he claimed it never leaked on him. I find that difficult to believe since he washed the car at least once and it would have for sure leaked then. He said he wasnt responsible for fixing the hard top and that the car was sold as is. How in the world is the buyer to know if a car leaks from the roof if the seller doesnt tell you? Pretty unscrupulous.
