Drove into town for a mini vacation and next day had immediate car troubles. Called around to find someone to get my VW GTI running good again ASAP and found Dieters. Traci was wonderful and kept me updated on a diagnosis and the tests they could run to narrow down the issues. Abraham also kept me updated on how far they had gotten with it after they found the problems. I was on a bit of a time constraint but they were patient, accurate, detailed, and very knowledgeable with their work. I hope I never have to go to a mechanic shop ever with major car problems again but if I do Dieters holds a very high standard that will be hard to find again. very grateful to have found them

I walked into dieters because my AC was not blowing cold and Abraham helped Me out and I gotta say that this guy was great he thoroughly answered my many questions and gave me multiple options and suggestions as to which route to take on getting my AC fixed I felt comfortable that I was leaving my car in good hands after they where done again he not only told me what the bill said was done but actually took the time to pop the hood and show me the parts that where replaced and a couple other things he felt I should consider repairing in the future. Its not easy finding a good honest shop to take my cars too and so Im glad I found dieters..

Dieter’s was able to accommodate a last minute / same day service on my MINI on New Year’s Eve! Abraham was great and professional, which truly shows through his team as well. I went in for an oil change and they were nice enough to also take a look at my car overall and tell me what I could expect in service and cost this coming year. The service only took a couple of hours and I was offered a courtesy ride home while I waited. Ultimately, I would definitely recommend Dieter’s to anyone who is looking to get their car serviced. Customer service at its finest. My car battery light on my BMW came on and I called Dieter’s. Abraham agreed to picked up my vehicle from my place of business because I was too nervous to drive it any further.Abraham was knowledgeable, and was able to explain to me what was going on with my car and why it was happening. My battery was replaced along with a headlight that was out for a great price compared to the dealership and I was able to pick up my car the same day.You dont find this type of quality customer service everywhere. Abraham and his staff are amazing! I have already recommended Dieter’s to friends and family.

Had my 04 Turbo towed there for service because shift cable came undone. New to town so I Googled this shop. First and last time. They dont take care of customers vehicles. Scratched my front spoiler and denied doing it.When I came to pick up my car, they scratched the front spoiler lip. When I confronted the owner and mechanic, he blamed it on the tow truck driver on during off-loading. Heres how I know thats BS. 1. I watched that tow driver Properly load my Porsche, and he did it right from the get go. Ive seen bad drivers load my car before, this guy took his time, used 2x4s and made sure inch by inch there was no scratches front and rear (Angelos Towing). 2. The damage was only on the Left side of the lip, not up the middle. 3. I couldnt even exit out of their garage without scraping that lip. I realized that as soon as I was about to pull out. I had to ask them to open the rear gate to properly exit. Which I KNOW the mechanic didnt do when he took my car for a test drive.Two stars for DISHONESTY. If they wouldve just owned up to it, I probably wouldnt spend the time on this review. Owner lady was nice. Price was average considering it was easy work.

Nice people but they could not or would not do the work so I had to pick the car up and go elsewhere. This was after I dropped off and approved up to $500. Like another review said, basic service seems to be what they are after.
