Im an unbiased observer, and I highly recommend this place. I had an auto emergency, I searched mechanic on my phone, and picked them because they had overall favorable reviews on Yelp. I wasnt disappointed. Though I didnt have my vehicle serviced by them, they were incredibly gracious and did a little inspection for me to help me figure out my next step. I have been coming here for a few years and have always had a wonderful experience! They are really accommodating when scheduling an appointment. Sean and Gary are always super helpful and spend the extra time to really explain the procedure, cost and time it will take. They are honest, thorough, and professional. An honest garage. Gary and Sean have always been very accommodating when I have been in a hurry and very reasonable with their pricing. I have had simple oil changes and brake work done as well as some more complicated fixes. They easily could have tried to up charge on unnecessary work, but didnt. They were straight shooters.Would take good care of your wife or mother if they went alone too. Highly recommend.

I took my car in for an oil change during my lunch break the other day. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of my service. The interior of the building is very well put together and clean. Both of the men I spoke to inside were kind, honest and helpful. The business is conveniently located right next to a local brewerie, which is where I spent my hour waiting. Upon completion of service, I received a courtesy call from the technician letting me know my car was finished. The service was affordable, and I walked away happy.

This was my 1st time utilizing Automotive Remedies, it was from a friends referral. I took my vehicle there and they were great, they took their time trying to make sure they could fix my problems, they didnt charge me any outrageous extra fees, like most automotive places do, they didnt try to find something to be repaired to charge me, instead they did what they needed to in order to ensure they looked at my entire vehicle for any problems. This is definitely a place I will continue to use from an oil change to repairs if needed going forward! Try them out.

Wonderful place, not overall busy, a little hard to find, the owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. I asked for price of repairs and he offered to to research them for me for free. Excellent customer service, good prices, will deifnatley come here again.

Took my dodge ram in with a water leak. They diagnosed it and I decided to have other work done while they had parts of the engine open. Had a small problem with the new thermostat which turns out was the wrong part in the wrong box from the manufacturer. They fixed it. Friendly. Clean shop. Reasonable pricing. I think I found my new mechanics.

The older gentleman is a horrible person. Couldnt help me with a 15 minute problem at anytime today. Told me I needed to plan ahead. I hope they lose business off this review, they dont deserve anybodys time. End of story.

My Acura RDX required an A1, 2 and 3 service. I was able to get a Saturday appointment and Shawn quoted a time of 1.5 hours. It took less than that time and the cost was significantly less than what was quoted by the dealer. The dealer stated I needed to have my brake fluid replaced but Shawn says they check the fluid and if the fluid is not dirty or degraded it doesnt need to be replaced which saved me $174 (dealer quote). I have being going to Automotive Remedies for years and always receive professional, courteous and outstanding service. They do not try and upsell you on services or products you do not need and provide services at a reasonable price.
