Our client, PWD, ordered our HH-series LCD video wall, and the client hired Joe Dinova, (itavsolutions.com) to install the LCD Video Wall. Joe, you did not install the system following the Manual and caused damages and cracks to many screens. You are claiming an obvious crack on LCD Screen as a dead pixel and trying to convince my client that it was a faulty product, hiding the fact that you mishandled our products with unprofessional installation and claiming us as a bad company. You didnt even follow the universal gap distance required between LCD panels, causing the bottom rows support against the weights. Maybe it worked for consumer TVs, but I strongly suggest you and your company to stay away from High quality Commercial display installation projects.If you need to install the TVs, this company may can, but anything else, look for other other company.

I hired them to do an install at a commercial medical/office building. Their team was very professional and did a wonderful job installing the product. I look forward to using them on other projects in the future.
